Sample packs are the best of both worlds for AIM

Members: the convenience of on-the-go nutrition and

a remarkably effective business-building tool. And over the

next calendar year, AIM sample packs will be a big part of

AIM business.

Beginning in January, AIM

is introducing sample packs fea-

turing AIM ProPeas™ and fit ’n

fiber®, and throughout the year,

AIM will be rolling out new

varieties and groupings (includ-

ing the AIM Garden Trio®).

From a business-building per-

spective, having sample packs

handy is one of the easiest and

best ways to make an impact on

a new Member. AIM nutrition is

the company’s calling card, and

what better way to recruit new

Members to AIM than by letting

them taste and see what all the

excitement is about.

Sample packs make sense

from a consumer standpoint as

well. Convenience has experienced a renaissance as of late

with consumers clamoring for simpler, quicker solutions.

Time is money, as the saying goes, and spending habits

have started to reflect that saving time is becoming more

important than saving money.

An American shopper experience study from 2009

revealed a rise in consumers seeking convenience over

price. The study, performed by the Integer Group and

M/A/R/C Research, found that consumers were willing

to pay more money in order to save time rather than shop

around for the best deal.

A convenient shopping experience is a must these days,

and it helps lead to brand loy-

alty, which can ultimately result

in repeat buyers and, for AIM

business-builders, a larger down-

line. AIM single packs have been

a solid business-building tool for

several years, but they’ve never

been as complete as the upcom-

ing group of AIM releases. Share

packs should help open the door

to share the nutrition of AIM

more effectively in a fast-paced,

convenience-focused world. Use

the sample packs to introduce oth-

ers to the AIM products, get them

started with simple AIM nutrition,

and reap the benefits.

Plus, sample packs can benefit

regular AIM Members as well.

The convenience of a sample pack makes for an ideal way

to take AIM nutrition with you on-the-go. Grab a sample

pack while you’re on the road for work. Take a sample pack

with you on vacation. Keep samplers in your purse, glove

compartment, briefcase, or backpack.

Convenience is the name of the game in the new year. Let

AIM help keep you ahead with new AIM sample packs.

J.R. Celski on the road to recovery and the 2010 Olympics

The road to recovery for AIM-sponsored speedskater J.R.

Celski has been marked with extraordinary healing and

unbeatable AIM nutrition. For that reason, being full-speed at

the 2010 Winter Olympics seems like a very real possibility.

J.R. qualified for the Olympics in a dramatic Olympic Trials

meet at Marquette, Michigan, in September. The 19-year-old

speedskating superstar experienced both the thrill of victory

and the agony of defeat. During the competition, J.R. took

first in the 1,500-meter race and finished second in the over-

all standings. However, on the final day of competition, J.R.

took a nasty spill and suffered a serious injury that ended his

run at the Olympic Trials and put his Olympics status

in jeopardy.

After surgery for a deep cut on his

left leg, J.R. has spent the past two

months recovering and recuperating at

the U.S. Olympic Training Center in

Colorado Springs, Colorado. His regi-

men has included regular physical therapy and an increased

amount of AIM nutrition. The results have been nothing short

of miraculous.

“He’s ahead of schedule and

doing super well,” says Sue Celski,

an AIM Director from Federal Way,

Washington, and the proud mom of J.R.

“He is very anxious, as you can imagine.

However, we all know that we need to get

this right since this is our only chance to

do so. His healing is going great, and his

outlook – like ours – is totally positive.”

The providential circumstances

surrounding J.R.’s injury are

remarkable. J.R.’s injury had the

potential to be devastating. When

he crashed, his skate sliced into his

leg, and had the cut been an inch

or two in a different direction, it

could have done irreparable dam-

age to the leg. J.R.’s location on

the track and the efficiency of the

medical team helped get J.R. out

of the rink and over to the hos-

pital as quickly as possible. Dr.

Larry Lewis performed emergency surgery that evening and

consulting and overseeing J.R.’s recovery is Dr. Eric Heiden,

himself an Olympic speedskater (long track) and the winner

of five Olympic gold medals in the 1980 Olympic games. Dr.

Heiden called J.R.’s injury simply a “speed bump on the road

to the Olympics.”

Since the injury, J.R. has been quickly improving. Doctors

did not expect J.R. to be able to bend his leg at a 90-degree

angle until six weeks after surgery. It took J.R. just 31 days.

He bent the knee to 115 degrees soon after, and he continues

to improve leading up to the February Olympics.

A big part of J.R.’s recovery has been regular sup-

plementation with AIM products. His product regimen

is lengthy and includes the following: AIMega®, AIM

BarleyLife® Xtra, AIM Herbal Fiberblend®, AIM

PrepZymes®, AIM Just Carrots®, LeafGreens®,

AIM Peak Endurance®, CalciAIM™, AIM

Redi Beets®, AIM Cellsparc 360®, and AIM

Proancynol® 2000. J.R. has recently added AIM’s new ProPeas

vegetable protein powder, which is one of the finest protein

products on the market. Together, the AIM products and J.R.’s

determined effort have him on the right road to recovery.

In next month’s Olympics, J.R. is expected to compete in

the 1,500-meter individual race and the 3,000-meter team

relay. With the experience of the past year under his belt and

his stellar performances in the World Cup racing season, J.R.

will be considered by many as a favorite to win a medal at the

Vancouver Olympics.

Look for Olympic schedules and news from AIM in the

coming weeks, and be sure to cheer on J.R. as he prepares for

the opportunity of a lifetime.

The Celski family would like to thank

all members of the AIM family for the sup-

port, encouragement, and prayers you have

extended to J.R.

{J.R. Celski is a sponsored athlete of

AIM International, Inc.}

Far left: J.R. is thrilled to toss his crutches and get on with the recovery process. Left above: With state-of-the-art technology and skilled staff at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, J.R. is more determined than ever to heal quickly. Left: Family and friends’ support, including a little humor from godfather and AIM Chairman’s Club Director Darryl Hicks, are key in J.R.’s recovery and quest for the gold.

By Dr. Kyle Burtenshaw

There is no magic solution to dieting. Healthy weight

loss is the way to go, and much like regular nutri-

tion, good results lie in consistent lifestyle habits done

over a lifetime – not in a week or two.

We all love to set weight loss goals for ourselves,

especially when the new year rolls around. But are we

setting the right expectations? The initial goal of weight

loss should be to reduce body weight by about 10 per-

cent from the baseline body weight. Further weight loss

can be attempted once the initial goal is met.

Remember, start small. Weight loss should be about

one to two pounds per week for a period of six months

with the subsequent strategy based on the amount of

weight lost. Reducing dietary fat alone without reduc-

ing calories is not sufficient for weight loss. However,

reducing dietary fat along with reducing dietary carbo-

hydrates and increasing protein can help reduce weight.

A diet that is individually planned to help create a defi-

cit of 500 to 1,000 calories per day should be an inte-

gral part of any program aimed at achieving a weight

loss of one to two pounds per week.

Physical activity should also be part of a compre-

hensive weight loss and weight control program. There

are several reasons why. First, it modestly contributes

to weight loss in overweight and obese adults. Second,

it may decrease abdominal fat. Third, physi-

cal activity increases cardio respiratory fitness

and may help with maintenance of weight loss.

Initially, moderate levels of physical activity for

30 to 45 minutes, three to five days a week, should

be encouraged. All adults should set a long-term goal

to accumulate at least 30 minutes or more of moder-

ate-intensity physical activity at least five days of the

week.

In general, we want to make certain that we are get-

ting enough protein in our diet, especially when we are

limiting calories to lose weight. When we limit calories,

our body begins to utilize fat and protein stores instead.

When we have enough protein in the diet, it prevents

us from using our own muscles as a protein or energy

source in the absence of calories in the diet. If we are

losing muscle mass in our efforts to lose weight, it

becomes “unhealthy weight loss” and kills our chances

for long-term success. Healthy weight is about longev-

ity, not “quick weight loss.”

It has been well documented that eating six small

meals a day is far better than the usual three per day.

This keeps us feeling full, limits the urge to binge, and

helps sustain constant and steady blood sugar levels.

In general, we want to limit our sugar intake except for

the sugars from complex carbohydrates found in fruits

and vegetables. If we have too much sugar in the diet,

our body will not access the fat stores (glycogen) and

turn the fat into usable sugars (glucose), thus making it

harder to lose fat.

Lose weight the healthy way. Set attainable goals

and give yourself a reasonable time frame to work

within. Step on the scale once a week to keep your-

self in check. Don’t expect results overnight and do not

compare yourself to others. No two people have the

same metabolism, and comparisons only lead to dis-

couragement. Compare you to you!

Consider the “Lean Team” from AIM to

help you accomplish your weight loss goals.

With two “weigh-less smoothies” per day

along with a few low-calorie snacks and a

“Lean and Green” regular meal, you can

expect to safely lose one to three pounds per week.

You can do it. AIM can help.

member legacy

AIM Chairman Club’s Director Helen Snodgrass (above left) spent her life caring for others,

sharing AIM health and nutrition, and touching people’s lives. And thanks to AIM, she will continue to do so long after her passing.

Helen, who passed away in 2008, has left her mark on Georgia’s Eagle Ranch children’s home where her legacy reaches all corners. The multi-faceted Eagle Ranch center reaches out to boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18 with troubled home lives and provides a nurturing environ-ment centered on Christian values and seeks family resto-ration and reunification. At Eagle Ranch, the children are provided with a safe home, a good education, and profes-sional counseling services, teaching the kids how to over-come their past and giving them a bright future to look forward to.

“It’s a wonderful place for children to receive some healing in their life and to receive some counseling and to really receive a second chance in life,” says Beth Wilson, an Eagle Ranch administrator.

Helen Snodgrass’s impact on Eagle Ranch traces back to 2001 when Helen graciously paid for a girls home to be built on the Eagle Ranch campus. The facility, chris-tened as the Praise Home, was the very first girls’ facility at Eagle Ranch, and Helen paid for the construction out of her earnings as a Chairman’s Club Director with The AIM Companies™.

“At the time, we only had 42 boys on campus, but there were a lot of sisters to these boys who needed a place to go for this season of their life,” Beth says. “They got some counseling, some better education, and worked on troubles

that were going on in the home.“Since then we’ve had many girls come

through that Praise Home and spend a season of their life. Two years is the aver-age that the kids spend at the ranch. They attend the school on the campus, have devo-tions in the chapel, play amongst the horses and have a horse program, play in the lake and in the pool and the recreation center.”

The Praise Home, along with another girls home built the same year, allowed for the first girls to attend Eagle Ranch. Just last year, the ranch completed construction of two more girls homes that are set to open later in 2010.

Since its founding in 1985, Eagle Ranch has helped over 600 teens and children. The campus contains six boys homes, the four girls homes, a middle school, a chapel, a recreation center, and an athletic center. To this day, Eagle Ranch runs almost entirely on private donations and remains debt-free.

A big part of the financial stability can be attributed to the legacy of Helen Snodgrass. Her contributions have helped Eagle Ranch become the largest children’s home in northern Georgia, and her generous giving continues to be a constant for Eagle Ranch thanks to the business that Helen built with AIM. When Helen passed away in 2008, she bequeathed her AIM business to Eagle Ranch. Every month, the ranch receives a check from AIM, and that money goes to help care for the children of Eagle Ranch.

“We will never forget Helen and her generosity,” says Beth, who helps manage the AIM membership.

Helen Snodgrass’s legacy continues to touch new lives every day. What kind of legacy will you leave?

member testimony

“I feel brand new,” says Tyler Jensen, an AIM

Product Consultant from Portland,

Oregon.

Feeling brand new did not come easily for Tyler. With

his immune system deteriorating and having been diag-

nosed with Lyme disease, Tyler began researching dif-

ferent ways to get his body back to where it belonged.

His research led him to whole-food nutrition with AIM,

a healthy diet and lifestyle, and detoxifying cleanses.

“My immune system just got so compromised,” Tyler

says. “I knew I had to start taking care of it through life-

style choices and diet. Our whole goal in life is to try to

be healthy, and I believe that this is a good way. You just

have to keep researching, keep learning, attract the right

people into your life, and I do believe that nutrition and

cleanses could make a difference in your health.

“I’ve spent a lot of money and a lot of time on my

health, and I’ve met some of the best people in my whole

life. I do believe that when you get the toxins out of

your body and put in healthy things, your outlook will

improve. It really does. I’ve done it, and I know I’ve felt

some results. I had a really compromised immune sys-

tem … or, at least, I did.”

Tyler chose two cleanses to help get his body detoxi-

fied: a liver cleanse and a master cleanse. The liver cleanse

helped move gallstones out of the body, allowing the

liver to function better and for the body to absorb more

nutrients. The master

cleanse worked on the

whole body, slowing

down the digestive system to allow the body to detoxify

tissues, break down and eliminate old waste, clean cell

receptors, and assist in cell regeneration.

“Whether your immune system is compromised to

the point where you have a disease that can be named, a

cleanse could give you a functioning liver that may help

with just about anything, and that’s why I did this,” Tyler

says. “I’m sure my liver needs to be functioning as well

as it can. Sleeping, exercising, nutrition, and the AIM

products – they all work together.”

The cleanses work complementary to much of AIM’s

outstanding product line. The insoluble fiber in AIM

Herbal Fiberblend® is a noted colon cleanser, and the

alkaline effect of products like AIM BarleyLife® tradi-

tional and Xtra and AIM LeafGreens® help balance the

body’s pH level and counteract toxic, acidic diets.

The benefits of good nutrition with the AIM Garden

Trio® and the rejuvenation of cleanses helped bring Tyler

back to where his body and immune system felt right.

“I have felt more results from the AIM products, from

the herbs that I take. My immune system feels like my

own again. I feel like myself. I’ve had a mental, physi-

cal overhaul; I’m even-tempered, focused, and

I have a positive outlook. I

attract better people and

better things into my

life.”

“I’m brand new.

You can be brand new,

too.”

Protect against the winter blast Strengthen your immune system with AIM products

When cold and flu season hits, will you be ready?

The 2010 cold and flu season could go

down as one of the worst in recent history. In

addition to the seasonal flu, there is a new threat making

waves this winter: the H1N1 virus. Classified by the World

Health Organization as a pandemic, H1N1 has spread

across the globe and has been traced to numerous deaths,

mostly among those afflicted whose health was already

compromised.

A healthy immune system is one of the best responses

to a dastardly flu season, and AIM products, featuring a

powerhouse of antioxidants, are up to the task.

Antioxidants are a key defense against free radicals, the

unstable oxygen molecules associated with most diseases

and the major cause of damage to body tissue, genetic

material, and cell membranes.

Free radicals are the forceful bullies of the body, pres-

suring other molecules into joining their destructive gang.

Antioxidants are the peace keepers – the good guys – that

disarm free radicals and turn them into productive mol-

ecules for your immune system. No nutrient turns bad guys

into good guys quite like the antioxidant.

Fruits and vegetables are a good source of antioxidants,

and you can do your body a favor by bulking up on these

good foods during flu season. However, with the variety of

produce waning in winter months, antioxidants get harder

to come by, which could be a reason for the sea-

sonal effect of the flu. As such, daily anti-

oxidant supplementation becomes the

best way to enable the immune system

to ward off illnesses year-round.

AIM Proancynol® 2000 is one of

many AIM products that can help out in

this regard. Getting a variety of antioxidants is

important for boosting the immune system, and

Proancynol offers seven from sources like green

good things are happening

Friday afternoon, October 16, Chairman’s

Club Director Dr. John Shewfelt had

the privilege of sharing the “Healthy Cell

Concept®” and “Your Health is in Your Hand” with

350 May-Port CG High School students along with

teachers and administration. Dr. John held them

spellbound for 45 minutes while sharing these con-

cepts at the end of their school day. One of the highlights

for the students was when they received the “Health is

in Your Hand” t-shirts for those answering Dr. John’s

questions. Those same t-shirts were spotted the following week, so the message continues to

be seen at the high school. Young people have a desire to know about a healthy lifestyle. We

must be willing to share that message.

Friday evening 40 community and AIM members heard Dr. John present the “Healthy Cell Concept” and “Creating

a Nutritional Foundation.” Saturday morning brought more tremendous teaching on “Men’s and Women’s Health” and

“Fighting Diabetes.” Following the morning session about 15 of the AIM members were invited to Royal Emerald

Directors Ralph and Phyllis Peterson’s home for lunch with an opportunity to get more one-on-one time with Dr. John.

AIM CellStar™ and AIM ProPeas™ were sampled and literature shared. All attendees were challenged to bring 5-10 new

people to next year’s conference. A big thanks to AIM for their support of this event.

89What would you do to lower

your cholesterol by 81 points?

All that Tami Cole had to do was add AIM fit ’n fiber® to her routine.

“I have been using fit ’n fiber for about six weeks,” says Tami Cole, an AIM Wholesale Member from Raymond, New Hampshire. “My cholesterol numbers went from 286 to 205, and I have no more sleep apnea or acid reflux! My primary doctor and Ob-gyn were so pleased; they want to know my secrets.” {Research suggests a reduction of 11-17% cholesterol can be achieved with supplementation of 8-12 g of soluble fiber per day for 16 weeks. –Salas-Salvado J, et al. (2008) Br J Nutr 99, 1480-1387.}

Tami’s secret is common knowledge to tens of thou-sands of AIM Members: combine the AIM products with a healthy lifestyle and the results speak for themselves. Tami is one of a growing num-ber of Members to achieve improved health with AIM’s heart healthy fiber product, fit ’n fiber. Packed with 12 grams of soluble fiber per serving, the fit ’n fiber formula is designed to cut down bad cholesterol, aid in healthy weight loss, and improve cardiovas-cular health.*

High cholesterol was one of several health issues that Tami was enduring.

“Back in March, I started to really do some research on nutrition and why I wasn’t feeling so good. My cholesterol was high, and I had the beginnings of acid reflux and sleep apnea. I was tired all the time and had trouble with cramping and bloating and difficulty with bowel movements.”

Tami’s search for help took her a lot of different places.“I changed my eating habits and added more fruits and

vegetables as well as cutting out white flour, sugar, and

member testimony

other simple carbohydrates and adding in whole or sprouted grain complex carbs, lean proteins, and benefi-cial fats. I also added some very good multi-vitamins and antioxidants.

“I must admit, I was feeling much better with just those changes, except I was still having trouble with hard stools and infrequent eliminations, possibly from my increase in protein. I had been using AIM Herbal Fiberblend® twice weekly for about six months, which did help some. I wasn’t real crazy about the taste, but when I tried the fit ’n fiber, I found the taste was great!”

fit ’n fiber and Herbal Fiberblend work great as a team, helping users to easily attain daily fiber recommenda-tions. Herbal Fiberblend’s insoluble fiber works as a colon cleanser, and fit ’n fiber’s soluble fiber helps reduce appe-tite and lower cholesterol.

And Tami’s right. The fit ’n fiber does taste great thanks to a natural orchard peach flavor. Like other new AIM products – AIM ProPeas™ and AIM CellStar™ – fit ’n fiber is sweetened, in part, with stevia, a plant-based extract.

“I mix one scoop of fit ’n fiber with my AIM BarleyLife® Xtra every day,” Tami says, “and my stomach is not bloated and I don’t strain during my two to three bowel movements per day! It is a big relief to not have to strain to go. No loose stools or diarrhea – just normal elimination.

“I believe the improvements are from my lifestyle change in eating, but also the results of a healthy digestive tract and colon thanks to AIM products. In fact, I liked the products so much, I became an

AIM distributor. Thanks for fit ’n fiber. It is such a great product!”{This testimonial cannot be construed as represent-ing results everybody can achieve. Tami received prod-uct for her endorsement.}

When asked what keeps her going, 100-year-old

AIM Member Edna Ree from Roswell, New Mexico, points to three main things:

• God • Church family • BarleyLife

Those three elements have sustained Edna through a

century of living, and thanks to those three, Edna shows

no signs of stopping.

“Don’t park in the handicap spot,” Edna will tell friend

Mary Hale as she drives her around town. “Leave that for

someone who really needs it.”

For the past 25 years, Edna has not needed it, and her

remarkable story stands out as an example for others to hope

for. Edna goes to the doctor only twice a year for routine

checkups. She has been out and about two to three times

each week for the past 25 years. She is an active member of

her local church where she always wins the award for “old-

est member” and has received dozens of standing ovations

every time she reaches another birthday. And she takes

BarleyLife every morning straight from the jar. She likes

the taste.

“Take BarleyLife and you will get standing ovations

when you turn 90 and 100,” Edna says.

During the 1970s, Edna suffered

from severe arthritis, and her doc-

tor advised her to travel around the

country to different states to see if

a new location would reduce her

discomfort. She was told to wake

up in the morning and see if she

could walk without pain; if she

could, the doctor recommended

that she move to that state.

Edna tried several different places, but when she arrived

at Roswell, the difference was immediate. She woke up in

the morning at Roswell and thought, “I could run!”

She moved to Roswell in 1977 from her home in Iowa,

and nine years later, in 1986, Edna got her start with The

AIM Companies. A friend took Edna to a home meeting,

featuring two doctors speaking about nutrition. Edna was

interested in attending because she had a daughter who was

suffering from cancer,

and she wanted to see

if this nutrition infor-

mation could help. The

meeting was spon-

sored by Members Pat

Copple, now a Director

in Roswell, and Opal

Wright, Royal Emerald

Director and wife of AIM co-owner and CEO Ron Wright.

Neither Pat nor Opal remember Edna signing up at that first

meeting, which is why it came as quite a surprise to Pat this

year when she discovered that Edna, who attends the same

church as Pat, was in her downline.

Edna believes that the barley product she learned about

at the first meeting is responsible for adding two years to

her daughter’s life. Edna would eventually lose both of her

daughters to cancer, but the gift of two extra years with one

of them, thanks to BarleyLife, was priceless.

BarleyLife has added so much to Edna’s life over the

years, and she is giving back by setting a great example

in her church and in her community of how nutrition and

lifestyle play a big part in longevity and health. Many of

her close friends take BarleyLife, and her friend, Mary, the

pastor’s wife, is interested in getting started on AIM prod-

ucts to help with arthritis. Mary has plans to introduce the

whole church choir to AIM products.

At 100 years old, Edna Ree is proof of AIM’s power to

extend lives and improve health. When people ask Edna

how she has managed to live so long, her answer is simple:

“Take BarleyLife.” As Edna has proven for the past two

decades, it is hard to argue with the results.

senting results everybody can achieve.}

The AIM business is about people and prod-ucts, and Melissa Dobney, an AIM

Product Consultant from Payette, Idaho, would not be where she is today without both.

Melissa became an AIM Member in the fall of 2008, but her AIM story begins the year prior. Melissa began dating her husband, James Dobney, in April 2007, and James had been tak-ing BarleyLife off and on under the encourage-ment of Opal Wright, Royal Emerald Director and wife of AIM co-owner and CEO Ron Wright. James and his connection to AIM turned out to be just what Melissa needed.

“I had been very sick off an on for over six years,” Melissa says. “I suffered from dizziness, fatigue, muscle weakness, and recurrent bladder infections. This would cycle every three to four months, and it became worse in the summer or if I was stressed.

“In 2007, my symptoms got much worse. I was having difficulty walking, talking, and swal-lowing; my muscle weakness got much worse. I couldn’t even do the exercises I had been doing to stay healthy. I started pool therapy, and this helped but didn’t alleviate many of the symp-toms. A doctor I worked for finally told me I needed an evaluation. At that point, I didn’t real-ize how bad I was. I was very emotional and this wasn’t like me either.”

Seeing her struggle, James and Opal teamed up to see if AIM might provide the answer for her health issues.

“James had talked to Opal about me,” Melissa says. “Opal asked him to bring me over so we could meet. I was hesitant but went anyway. While I was there, I met a man who had recov-ered from lymphoma, and I got to hear his tes-timony. Afterward, Opal introduced me to AIM BarleyLife®.”

Not long after, Melissa was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy (MS). The BarleyLife that Opal had given her was helpful, but it did not

relieve all the symptoms Melissa had. Fortunately, there was another AIM product that ended up fitting her needs even bet-ter: AIM LeafGreens®.

“LeafGreens has changed my life,” Melissa says. “It gives me the anti-inflammatory nutrition I need. I have always been anemic, so the iron content helps. My facial twitching is gone, same with the numbness and tingling, and my muscle strength is much better. I sleep better, my skin looks better, and my hair has started coming back in.

“I am a medical assistant for an ear, nose, and throat doc-tor, and I have always been leery of alternative health. I now take AIM Just Carrots®, AIM RediBeets®, BarleyLife® in the after-noon, as well as AIMega®, AIM Frame Essentials®, AIM Peak Endurance®, CalciAIM™, and AIM Herbal Fiberblend®.”

AIM products have had such a pro-found effect on Melissa that she made them a constant part of her family’s routine.

“I feel great, and now James, my grandmother, and our four kids take AIM products daily in a break-fast smoothie,” Melissa says. “We all realize being healthy is a life-style choice.”

AIM nutrition has been a blessing for Melissa and family, and now she is begin-ning to reap the benefits of AIM’s rewarding opportunity plan, too.

“My business has grown without even trying,” she says. “I can see all the people that need help and medica-tions, and doctors just give another pill or surgery to placate. I would like AIM to be my job eventually.”

{This testimonial cannot be con-strued as representing results every-body can achieve.}

Team up to lose weight; join AIM’s Lean Team

ProPeas and AIM fit ’n fiber® combine to form the Lean Team – a healthy, convenient, cost-effective weight management solution.

AIM Preferred Member Gary Slusher from East Peoria, Illinois, is convinced that the lean muscle benefits of the two products are the answer that many people are seeking.

“When I look around society I see two things that we are not getting in proper amounts: fiber and lean protein,” Gary says. “People are losing their lean muscle mass because they lack fiber and protein in their diet. I use two scoops of fit ’n fiber with two scoops of ProPeas. It makes a heck of a good smoothie.”

product feature

“Everybody wants the best for their body, and this is it,” says Gary Slusher, an AIM Preferred Member

from East Peoria, Illinois.Gary could not be happier with AIM’s new protein product,

AIM ProPeas“. As a bodybuilder and workout expert, Gary has seen his fair share of supplements come down the line. He knows quality when he sees it, and he could not be happier with ProPeas.

“Being familiar with body building techniques and diet, I am so stoked about ProPeas,” Gary says. “This is a new gold standard in supplemental protein.

“Adding lean muscle isn’t easy. Supplementing with a high quality protein combined with daily activity and exercise is the best and healthiest way to build lean muscle. With ProPeas, you now have a product that can help maintain and build your lean muscle while you do your housework! Adding this one product to your daily activity is going to improve your lean muscle.”

Lean muscle is a key component to the weight management nutrition that ProPeas provides. Muscle helps the body burn calories, meaning that keeping a similar amount of food intake could result in weight loss thanks to the addition of extra lean muscle. In addition to lean muscle, ProPeas also aids weight management by increasing metabolic rate and satiety.*

The formulation of ProPeas also helps set it apart from run-of-the-mill protein supplements. Most protein products are based on whey or soy, both of which pose several serious health risks. The pea source of ProPeas’ protein gets rid of those worries and provides even more nutrition than you could otherwise get.

“ProPeas is a vegetable protein, and that translates into more power,” Gary says. “The ‘green’ in AIM BarleyLife® and ProPeas oxygen-ates the blood, allowing your body to execute more taxing movements. Without oxygen, you’re dead in the water when it comes to body building. Your body absolutely needs a high quality protein for the building and repair process that goes with strenuous activity.*

“Another thing I like about ProPeas is there isn’t the bloat you typically get with whey-based protein products. I recom-mend staying away from whey protein concentrate, especially if you have problems with lactose intolerance.

“There is nothing like ProPeas on the market that com-pares. It is far superior to whey and soy at any price, so I’m very excited.”

The message of ProPeas’ powerful nutrition has spread throughout Gary’s family. His father, Curtis Slusher, an AIM Director from East Peoria, Illinois, has already been reaping the lean muscle-building benefits of ProPeas.

“You know that feeling when you flex your bicep?” Curtis asks. “One morning, I did that full body stretch you do soon after you wake up, and it was like everything felt taut and firm like it used to. To me, it’s a feeling of strength and vitality. I’ve been a strong man all my life, and in recent years I’ve felt my body begin to atrophy. But with ProPeas,

it’s definitely making a difference.”The Slushers are sold on the new product, and they have

little trouble sharing their enthusiasm with others. Whether you are looking to add needed muscle to your frame or just searching for a healthy weight management and lean muscle too, ProPeas fits the bill.

“Not all protein is created equal,” Gary says. “After taking just one bag of ProPeas, I can see what a phenomenal product this is. ProPeas really puts AIM above everything else on the market.”

The AIM Opportunity Compensation Planimproved benefits become effective March 1

The AIM Compensation Plan has

re warded AIM Members with per-

sonal wealth for 28 years, and soon the

benefits of AIM Membership will be even

better.

Beginning on March 1, 2010, the

Compensation Plan will be updated to

better benefit the AIM Members and

afford easier access to greater wealth for

those willing to earn it.

The most notable change is the elimi-

nation of the Product Consultant and

Associate Director levels. Promoting

from Member to Director will there-

fore be simplified into just four steps

(Member, Preferred Member, Group

Builder, and Director). This provides an

attainable blueprint for reaching out to

new Members and encouraging others to

climb within the company.

Another new benefit to AIM Members

will be a 3 percent commission earning

for downline Members who achieve the

same level as the sponsoring Member. In

addition, a cash bonus will be paid to the

sponsor of a new Director in the month

that follows breaking away from their

sponsor’s group. AIM wants to reward

those who build a business and build up

others around them. These changes to

the Compensation Plan reflect that.

It is important to educate yourself on

the details of the AIM Compensation Plan

so that you are ready to take advantage

of these changes on March 1, 2010. If you

have any questions or concerns, contact

the AIM Call Center at 1-800-456-2462

In November, AIM welcomed

back AIM HumiKleanse® into

its product lineup. HumiKleanse

is a supplement that helps reduce

heavy metal accumulations and

enhances the body’s utilization

of trace minerals.* AIM’s quality

assurance team, Ryan Davis and

Phillip Jermann, helped reintro-

duce the product, and they have

answers for several common

HumiKleanse-related questions.

Q:

Who should use HumiKleanse?

A: Everyone on earth is likely to come in con-

tact with heavy metals on a regular basis.

Heavy metals are found in our air, water, soil and

food, so it is not hard to stumble across these toxic

elements. Also, many of us have a limited ability to

absorb minerals like iron, potassium magnesium,

and calcium. Humifulvate®, the key ingredient in

HumiKleanse, can grab metals and remove them

from the body as well as bind to beneficial miner-

als and pull them into the body. HumiKleanse will

defend our bodies against heavy metals, enhance

mineral absorption, and contribute to a healthy phys-

ical and mental state.*

Q: Why can’t I take more than the

recommended daily serving?

A: The manufacturer of HumiKleanse spent many years

researching and testing for the correct daily serving

amount of Humifulvate® (a trade name for the combination of

natural humic and fulvic acid from peat deposits). Each capsule

contains 75 mg of this potent ingredient, and no further benefit

can be achieved by taking more than one capsule daily.

Q: What is the difference between the formula launch

in 2003 and this new formula?

A: The 2003 formula was a grape juice powder that was

fortified with Humifulvate at 75 mg per serving. The

newly launched formula is simply a small vegetarian capsule that

contains 75 mg of Humifulvate per serving. This new delivery

will provide the same benefit in the convenience of a capsule.

Q: Why did HumiKleanse re-enter the AIM

product line?

A: The original for-

mula was costly

and contained an ingre-

dient that many

Members did not

enjoy and subse-

quently was pulled

from our line as per

Member request. We

have since received

hundreds of requests

to have a reformulated

HumiKleanse, so it is now

back by popular demand in an

economical delivery system.

AIM Royal Emerald Director Kathleen Schiele and her

golden retriever, Remington, visit many different venues spreading wags and kisses. They passed their therapy team test last June (right). Below: Kathleen, Remington, and other therapy teams welcome home troops from overseas at the Dallas/Ft. Worth International airport. Remington and Kathleen also take part in the “Reading with Rocky” program at their local library to encourage kids to read.

This confirms our belief in our AIM Members’ desire to help others. Congratulations to both Kathleen and Remington. Keep up the good work.
