More than 1,400 guests gathered at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center to celebrate the launch of the Transforming Care campaign for Rochester General Health System (RGHS) at this year’s Founders Society Gala. Guests were treated to live performances by dancing showgirls, the Midtown Men featuring members of

the original cast of Jersey Boys, and Elvis!

This evening of celebration was also an evening of reflection and gratitude as the Rochester General family paid tribute to three philanthropy award honorees, Nancy Briggs, The Przysinda Family Foundation, and the late Fritz Liebert. After the honorees were recognized, guests were surprised by a video message from Wanda Polisseni, who announced the public launch of the Transforming Care

campaign and her role as campaign chair.

After the heartfelt tribute and inspiring campaign launch, the guests were dazzled by a live show worthy of a Las Vegas resort. The show energized the core of the RGHS family as they prepared to transform healthcare for the future

of our community.
