Show your Pride in Tulsa.

Since 1980, Tulsa has benefitted from the work of Oklahomans for Equality (OkEq) advocating for equal

rights for all citizens. In 2007, OkEq opened the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center at the intersection of Fourth

and Kenosha in downtown Tulsa, it immediately became a hub of activity for the entire city.

Annually, more than 50,000 visitors attend a program, use a service, or participate in a special event at our

center. We average over 400 daily visitors. Our highest profile event, TULSA PRIDE, showcases our pride

in our community and the increasing levels of support from the city’s business and philanthropic communi-

ties.

We are grateful for your consideration of our request for support for Tulsa Pride through partnership op-

portunities. These opportunities are consistently shown to benefit companies seeking to do business with

the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) community. In both 2011 and 2012, our event attracted

over attracted an estimated15,000 visitors from across the region, and in 2013 and 2014 we attracted an es-

timated 30,000 visitors to our celebration and parade.

Our plans for Tulsa Pride 2015 will not be possible without your support. We aim to provide increased mar-

keting impact for partners and vendors through:

Continuing the successful “Official Tulsa Pride Guide” in both print and digital media formats.

Extensive marketing campaigns within the Tulsa area LGBT market

Social Media tie-ins at all partnership levels to highlight your business to our loyal customer base

A constant, consistent, and reinforced presence for your brand throughout our marketing materials

What is Tulsa Pride?

Tulsa Pride is the longest running Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Pride

festival in Oklahoma. Tulsa Pride will celebrate its 33rd year with a whole weekend of pride,

including the Tulsa Pride Parade, Tulsa Pride Celebration, and Picnic in the Park.

Who makes Tulsa Pride happen?

Tulsa Pride is a program of OkEq, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization. Our mission is to

seek equal rights for LGBT individuals and families through advocacy, education, programs, alli-

ances, and the operation of the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center. OkEq is a member of the Tul-

sa Metro Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Oklahoma Center for Non-Profit

Management.

Tulsa Pride is run by an all-volunteer committee and funded by partnerships, donations,

and sales generated by Tulsa Pride.

When is Tulsa Pride?

Picnic in the Park is June 7th, 2015

June is LGBT Pride Month Worldwide

Additional smaller events are held in conjunc-

tion with Tulsa Pride as fundraisers such as:

In addition to the Partnership Opportunities listed on the preceding pages, Oklahomans for Equality

accepts generous gifts of in-kind goods and services that assist us in delivering high impact programs

that improve the quality of life for everyone in Tulsa and the surrounding communities.

This form, when signed, will serve as an agreement between TULSA PRIDE 2015 Presented by Oklahomans for

Equality (hereinafter known as PRIDE) and PARTNER OR ADVERTISER named below (hereinafter known as

PARTNER) covering all aspects of participation outlined herein at Tulsa Pride 2015 and its events.

As a Tulsa Pride 2015 Partner, you are entitled to all the benefits listed at the Partnership Level you or your or-

ganization has chosen as described in the Tulsa Pride 2015 Marketing and Partnership Packet.

*All partnership listings, logos, and advertisements must be received by March 17, 2015 to print.

If you are unable to partner our event, we encourage your organization to

Payment Information

Payment in full by check or credit card is requested with your signed form. Make checks payable to Oklahomans for

Equality.

The following items (goods and/or services) have been agreed upon as an In-Kind donation in lieu of cash payment, and approved

by the Tulsa Pride Director and Oklahomans for Equality Executive Director.

PRIDE and PARTNER shall not be deemed to be partners by virtue of this agreement. PRIDE’s and PARTNER’S obligations to

each other shall be solely as set forth in this agreement.

This agreement may only be modified by a written amendment signed by both parties.

This agreement shall not be assignable by either party without prior written consent of the other party.

This agreement is governed by the law of the State of Oklahoma.

PARTNER agrees to ensure that all actions taken on their part will maintain the good working relations PRIDE has with communi-

ty partners, vendors, and other parties.

PARTNER warrants and represents that PARTNER has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement.

This document is a contract for services. Payments due must be received by March 17, 2015, or partnership, logo placement, and other col-

lateral marketing materials will be forfeited. Once payment is submitted, no refunds are allowed even in the event of partner cancellation. If

this form fairly represents your understanding of our agreement, please sign below and return for countersignature.
