Congratulations Mike Foster & Ron Rothgerber
In January 2014, at the Partners annual Executive Committee Retreat: Mike Foster of
Eli Lilly was elected as the new Executive Director; and Ron Rothgerber of Kimball
International was elected as the new Assistant Executive Director for Partners.
Partners celebrated Ron Allen of Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Inc. for his five years of service. Ron has been instrumental in the continued growth of the Partners group
while striving to maintain its high level of integrity and recognition. Ron has contributed countless hours to the Partners group, especially in his role of Executive Director. His
guidance and direction has helped to advance the Partners group to national recognition as one of the best in the country. Thank you Ron!

Partners Mission
The Partners for Pollution Prevention champion P2 and environmental stewardship programs in businesses and organizations by promoting
successful practices and approaches to achieve measurable reduction of pollution in
Indiana.
Partners Pledge
Ensure all employees are aware of the commitment to pollution prevention and understand their role in implementing pollution prevention objectives and goals.
Incorporate pollution prevention planning in the development of new products, processes, and/or services.
Establish a mechanism to monitor waste generation and identify realistic pollution prevention goals.
Establish a process to listen and respond to stakeholder concerns. Make available your general waste reduction and pollution prevention information to
members of our community, IDEM, and the Partners, if requested. Establish an outreach program for promoting and supporting pollution prevention efforts. Participate in two or more Partners meetings annually. Support the annual Pollution Prevention Conference and Trade Show. Submit an annual pollution prevention activity certification.
