The second section of this document contains illustrations and pictures that provide details regarding how to correctly perform the inspection items on the checklist. Within the drawings, the areas that require magnetic particle inspection (MPI) are highlighted to clearly display where on the catwalk the inspection should be performed, and also denotes the ASTM document that the inspector should reference in order to correctly conduct the MPI. Power Catwalk Model 4000: 1000-Day Inspection

This document outlines the recommended actions to be taken every 1,000 days not only to properly

maintain the PC4000, but also to mitigate safety risks and equipment failure

The first section of this document contains checklists of items that require visual and/or magnetic particle

inspection. Use this section to track what has been inspected and to record any comments or issues found.

The second section of this document contains illustrations and pictures that provide details regarding how

to correctly perform the inspection items on the checklist. Within the drawings, the areas that require

magnetic particle inspection (MPI) are highlighted to clearly display where on the catwalk the inspection

should be performed, and also denotes the ASTM document that the inspector should reference in order to

correctly conduct the MPI.
