With its production facility of 7000 m2, including information investments, machinery pool and nearly 100 employees, THALER AG has been manufacturing in today’s conditions for lighting industry and carrying on its technological investments to shape the future of the industry.

The manufacturing of LED fixtures requires product design, cooling design, injection moulding technology, including electronic & electrical assembly, control equipment as well as experienced and qualified technical staff.

THALER AG has unique features and is competent to meet every requirement of the lighting industry.

• Street range of LED fixtures is intended for use in highways, streets, public parks and gardens, including common spaces.•Projector type of LED fixtures is intended for use not only in the above-stated locations but also in astro turf playing pitches, stadiums, tunnels, etc.•Multi-purpose industrial LED fixtures is intended for use in plants, workshops, stores, etc. which have high ceiling.•Under-canopy LED fixtures are intended for use in fueling stations.

Possessing a unique structure that could take quick steps to all worldwide innovative technologies and put the label “Made in Turkey” onto them, THALER AG has been working intensively, taking full account of the demands of customers.

In addition to the quality aspects of LED components used in a LED fixture, the body onto which its system is assembled is designed to prevent natural external conditions such as heat, humidity, and impacts, and is subjected to short- and long-term durability tests, for the purpose of creating a full efficient fixture.

The body is the most important unit that protects the entire system against external factors in order to allow proper functioning of LED light. Regardless of the high-quality of LED components, they must be designed and protected in the best possible way for the intended field of use. This is also the most significant factor to increase the efficiency.

The aim pursued in designing a body is to provide the best cooling, layout and impermeability features as well as the heat-, humidity-, and impact-resistant paint, including ergonomic design. Our design solutions for the heat problem that affects the useful life of LED lamps have brought in substantial qualifications to THALER AGfixtures.

The highest-quality components for perfect and efficient functioning of the system, such as strong tempered glass that are resistant to impacts, pressure and thermal stresses; reflectors and optical lenses that are specially designed for accurate and efficient diffusion of light; and high efficiency drivers, would guarantee the best illumination at the lowest energy consumption.

LED Street Fixtures with long life, directional light and uniform luminous efficiency are ideal solutions for lighting. They do not contain hazardous materials such as mercury, heavy metals and metal halides, and are environmental-friendly.

Thanks to asymmetric and elliptic distribution features of lenses and reflectors, they direct the light to appropriate area so that no dark area remains between the lampposts. Their superior colour rendering ensures the road safety, allowing us to see the actual colour of vehicles at night. They provide sensitive distribution of light to prevent cases resulting in light pollution.

The light of high quality in the streets transforms to a light level which is not disturbing for the residents in upper floors. Non-glaring and uniform light is focused on the required area only.

This type of fixtures is an ideal, high-performance lighting solution for the purpose of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. Maintenance cost is minimized. A significant saving of 50% or more is provided in terms of electricity consumption.

solderless, tapeless socket mechanism providing ease of connection with its standard 50cm rubber-insulated lead wire.

STAINLESS SCREWS AND FASTENERSInbus and torque screw caps

made of stainless steel grade A4 are used. They are fitted with double-row silicon gaskets in order to prevent damage to fixture glass caused from screws.

High impact-resistant polycarbonate as well as tempered glass with safety mechanism, which does not create sharp particles when broken, are used.

LED fixtures, which are compatible with smart control system featuring adjustable lighting intensity according to traffic density, also keeps the second energy saving potential under control.

For more bright, more visible, clear and safer lighting opportunity for pedestrians as well as for an almost daytime-quality light, LED lighting is always the correct solution.

It is inevitable to use LED lighting in highways, streets, avenues and main arterial roads in urban areas or otherwise, complying with international lighting standards M2 & M3.

These fixtures are suitable for double-cantilevered lampposts with a height of 9 to 13 m and span of 40 to 50 m.

They meet the requirements in terms of average luminance of road, average uniformity, longitudinal uniformity, relative light increase, surround rate, etc.
