What do vegetarians eat?• 100% vegetarian = vegan = no animal products• Some eat dairy and/or eggs.• I eat dairy (milk, cheese, yoghurt), but I don’t

like to because it is cruel to cows. Dairy cows are killed and eaten after six years and their male calves are killed and eaten. In the USA, I am vegan.

• My mom eats eggs from her pet hens, but it doesn’t hurt the chickens to eat eggs.

• She doesn’t eat eggs if they are fertilized (chick inside).
