TheWebPAtoolwasoriginallydevelopedatLoughboroughUniversitybeforebecomingthesubjectofaprojectfundedbyJISCunderthee-learningcapitalprogram.TheprojectranfromOctober2006throughtoMarch2009.TwoUKHEinstitutions(LoughboroughUniversityandtheUniversityofHull)aswellastwoHigherEducationAcademySubjectCentres(EngineeringandPhysicalSciences)werepartoftheproject’sconsortium,withLoughboroughleadingtheproject.
