Chris’s COMMON STRESS
Tired from "everything"- but no time to rest as work continue on and on (even including breaks)
Feeling of passively following the schedule - doesn't feel in control of it
Inability to eat meals on time or eating in a rush - feels as if he is not enjoying his life
Forced to study for classes that are requirements for his major
Feeling of losing time to enjoy campus life due to lab works - but he thinks he needs to work at lab

Chris’s WAY TO REDUCE STRESS
Talking to his girlfriend or friends
Taking time to drink coffee at cafe and not think about anything.
Speed driving mostly at nights, with no direction in mind.
Lying outside of library and listening to music through mp3 player for about 10 minutes - a way to escape from all other world and focus on himself.
