▪ Consultant to the CEO, CFO and Board of Advisors in order to price a set of 10-years amortizing IRS issued to cover notes issued to securitize credit card assets (Notional Value: 3.5 Euro billions). The duties were related to write a document with a full description of pricing technique adopted together with the effective results, in order to determine the fair value for all the IRS to be included in the balance sheet. The entire set of hedge tests required by IAS and IASB to be included in the report was explicit part of the duties. .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Communication skills I have high communications skills both in italian and in english language. I have developed such skilss after a long activity of teaching and training in universities and for public and private subjects. In particular, I developed the ability to persuade and to communicate job results. These skills allowed me to develop an important network of relationships.

Organisational / managerial skills I developed high organizational and management skills since 2004/2005, when I started to run professional activity together with research and teaching in university of bologna. This allowed me to take the responsibility and leadership in several consultancy and research projects. Through this experience I developed the opportunity to manage team work, leading group members to the results, given constraints provided by the external environment. As a Board of Directors member in several companies I developed important managerial and organizational skills. In particular, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advam Partners SGR I developed strong skills in both financial law and operational fund management aspects, together with the ability to interact with Banking and Financial Markets Surveillance Authorities..

Job-related skills Professional experiences allowed me to develop the following skills:
