INTRODUCTIONOur company was established in 1994. We have become a "niche"supplier, by this we mean we are set up to react quickly andefficiently to site emergency requirements. We operate 7 days aweek and this flexibility ensures that you are able to contactPetropipe Nigeria at any given time.

From our company name you may think that we only supply pipe,and accessories, in fact we supply a diverse range of productsalong with our standard range of valves, pipes & fittings. During thelast decade we have supplied items to various large projectsoutside of our core product range, if you need any item quickly wecan assist in sourcing and shipping to meet your deadlines.

In 2005 Petropipe expansion programme consisted of recruitingspecialist staff for our new project department in UK and NigeriaThis team will deal with all aspects of project work from enquirystage to completion of deliveries to site and the supply of all correctdocumentation.

We are confident that with a local presence, we can enhance ourservice levels to our clients. Our emphasis is to ensure our clientsreceive quality service before during and after any orders areexecuted, we know we have the expertise to ensure that happens.

We have a global network of suppliers who are chosen based ontheir strategic location and manufacturing capabilities. All ourpartners understand that our requirements are always urgent,they have put into place systems which enable "off the shelf"items to be fast tracked with all the necessary export packing &documentation in place so we can deliver the material on time toour clients.

We have recently supplied Duplex Ball valves to our client inNigeria within 6 weeks from date of order, our sister companymanufacturer was able to understand and work with our client'svery urgent reguirements.

Our core business is pipeline products that are treated by othersuppliers as something difficult or special to make, this is when wewill always try to find you a solution in the timeframe you need.

Low temperature, and high temperature, stainless steeland Duplex pipes, both Seamless and Welded. We cansupply pipes from¼ inch to 48inch in all wall thickness andalso high yield carbon steels, we have facilities to cut pipesto specific sizes, all types of NDT are available on any type

VALVES AND CONTROLSWe manufacture by our sister company GATE, GLOBE,CHECK, BALL, BUTTERFLY, PLUG, SAFET RELEIF VALVESAND DOUBLE VBLOCK AND BLEED VALVES. We also havespecific agreements with all major manufacturers aroundthe world to supply their product ranges. We also make YType and Duplex Strainers, Control Valves, API 6A Valves,and our inhouse Engineering Department can supply

Actuated Packages to suit the clients needs.

FASTENERS AND GASKETSWe supply specialist type of fasteners in special materialsoff the shelf, specific coatings are always available on shortdelivery times. We have global access to manufacturers of

gaskets in all materials.

• Commitment to prevention of pollution by setting, meeting, and exceeding objectives & targetswhere possible.

• Providing all necessary safety devices, protective equipment and abatement equipment,appropriate training, specialist training and supervision, ensuring that all such equipment andinstruction is maintained and that correct procedures are observed.

• Providing a system of consultation with employees to stimulate continuous improvement andpromote good HS&E practices.

• Taking every legitimate opportunity to promote a positive HS&E culture and continually improveHS&E management and performance.

• Monitoring where necessary, the exposure to employees, contractors, visitors and any otherpeople who may be affected by hazardous situations, utilising all appropriate forms of healthsurveillance.

• An adequate and progressive program of training to ensure that employees are fully aware oftheir responsibilities under Petropipe Nigeria Ltd’s rules and regulations and to ensure thatemployees are aware of their responsibilities under relevant HS&E legislation.

• Effective management and utilisation of resource, dedicating suitably trained and qualifiedresource to all HS&E matters.

• Developing installing, maintaining and reviewing environmentalmanagement systems to enablePetropipe Nigeria Ltd to meet or exceed current environmental targets & legal requirements.

• Reducing Petropipe Nigeria Ltd’s carbon footprint by exploring and implementing energy savinginitiatives, materials, and processes where possible.

• Careful selection and use of material I substances and management of waste with the view tominimise its production where possible or suitably disposing of waste through recycling schemesor other appropriate methods.

OUR MANUFACTURINGCOMPANY

EDMUND VALVE COMPANY (1965) LTD is our sister company undercommon management, we manufacture a wide range of valveproducts for the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical industries including WaferCheck Valves, Trunnion Mounted & Floating Ball Valves, PressureSealed Bonnet Gate, Globe & Check Valves, and Y type Strainers. Youwill see our brand name EVC on all the valves we produce.

The company's core business is manufacturing these types of valveson short delivery times, with a sophisticated manufacturingprogramme our Engineering Department can produce high qualityvalves within the tight deadlines that today's global projects require.Through bespoke engineering, we can manufacture small & largequantities in exotic materials such as those shown below. Each of the products shown can be customised to suit the client'srequirements, we can provide Cryogenic extensions, Actuationpackages, Steam Jackets, and client specific valve modifications. Wealso have the facilities for special testing including RADIOGRAPHY,FUGITIVE EMISSION TESTING, PMI, MPI, CRYOGENIC TESTING. All ourproducts are tested in accordance with the relative standards priorto leaving the factory, and certified according to EN 10204 standards.All products are CE marked according to the Pressure EquipmentDirective if required.
