winder stops automatically when thebobbin is full. f you want to stop thebobbin winder earlier, pull lever 8forwards. Remove the bobbin and cut thcthread.

Winding through the needle eye only when a metal sewing foot is fittedRaise presser bar lifter 7 to its horizonta K position. The yellow indicator light lights up. Draw the needle thread underthe sewing foot, to the left and up intoguide 32 . Then proceed as describedfor winding a bobbin from the spool.

Then place theieedle thread under hook of the needlehreader. At the same time releaseontrol 5 and the thread. The thread isiow pulled through the needle eye in a

oop. Then pull the thread through theieedle eye completely.

Drawing up the bobbin threadHold the needle thread a little taut. Puspresser bar lifter 37 down to position page 5 and then up again. As you do

the needle moves down and up againdraws up the bobbin thread. u thebobbin thread out of the needle hole anlay both threads toward the left and baunder the sewing foot.
