SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITYEvery year, each of us has an opportunity to strengthen our local community by supporting our local YMCA’s Annual Campaign. We are so very happy to champion the 2017 South Wood County (SWC) YMCA Annual Campaign as this years’ Campaign Chair Family. The Y is so much more than a gym. The Y is a cornerstone that impacts the multidimensional health of individuals, families and the community at large. It’s a cause, dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

Our family has yielded these benefi ts and participated in countless ways. Our children have attended preschool and summer camps, participated in many of the community and family events offered by the YMCA and our children have continued the Engelbright swim team legacy.

We are pleased to support the Annual Campaign with our time and fi nancial support because we feel that every family should have access to their own healthy living journey. Your support is vital, and we are asking you to consider joining us in supporting the Y through a fi nancial donation. Making a gift or pledge to the Annual Campaign lets all members, regardless of ability to pay, accomplish their goal of being part of something bigger and better in our community.

From exercise to education, from volleyball to volunteerism, from preschool to preventive health, the Y doesn’t just strengthen our bodies, it strengthens our community. We need your philanthropic support to make it happen. Together, we will have a meaningful and lasting impact on our community.

Sincerely,

Carrie, Garth, Dylan and Jillian Engelbright2017 Annual Campaign Chair Family

GIVE TO THE YOur community is facing new challenges that create a greater need for the work we do every day. Fortunately, where some see obstacles, we see opportunities for our members, volunteers and staff to make a difference. With our doors open to all, we work every day to connect people from all backgrounds and support those who need us most.

Whether through our Annual Campaign, which helps guarantee that everyone, regardless of their circumstances or ability to pay, can benefi t from the Y's programs or a legacy gift to our Endowment Fund, we count on the generosity of the community to meet our mission.

ANNUAL CAMPAIGNThe SWC YMCA is a place where philanthropy, volunteerism and shared commitment come together to make a difference in the community.

Our Annual Campaign ensures that the Y is there for those who need us most and enables every member of our community to have access to diverse programs and activities that meet their needs. Now more than ever, children and families need the Y’s innovative programs and services.
