4 x 9gl Shropshire Gold 3.8% Des: Aroma of floral hops and caramel. Flavour of strong malts, floral hops, citrus and some pine notes. Medium bodied, slick mouth feel and a bitter, slightly fruity finish.
5 x 9gl Lemon Dream 4.5% Des: A wheat beer very much in the modern English style - served bright and top fermented. The recipe uses a small amount of fresh lemon to compliment the citrussy flavours produced by the wheat malt. Each of the Hops used, Goldings, Saaz and Cascade add fresh lemony flavours to the brew.
7 x 9gl Oracle 4% Des: The intention of the hop character is to be pronounced but not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body.

A unique blend of traditional English Golding, and specially imported Galaxy hops from distant South Australia harmonise to give this beer a distinctive character of the old, and the new world. Peach and apricot notes dominate the aroma, with hints of butterscotch and toffee apple. The taste is full, with toasted biscuit and jam being balanced by the mellow, yet assertive bitterness of tangy hops.

Butty Bach is brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. 4 x 9gl Hobgoblin Gold 4.2% Des: A hidden treasure has been unearthed in the Wychwood Brewery…and it’s as pure and precious as it’s forefather. Hobgoblin Gold is the latest beer carrying the little fella’s moniker, and while Gold might be lighter in colour, it’s definitely no lightweight. At 4.5% abv, the combination of four hop varieties and an infusion of wheat and malted barley has resulted in the perfect golden beer – with a huge hop punch.
