The golf course mildly rolls through the valley along U.S. 71. While long and challenging, the course can be walked as there are few hills. The Kingswood Golf Course is an 18-hole "links" style facility and paired with Berksdale makes up the Kingsdale Golf Complex. Golfers of all skill levels
enjoy the open fairways and mostly flat terrain of the Kingswood Course.
The Berskdale Golf Course is a nine-hole course adjacent to the Kingswood Course and is in process of being certified by Audubon International’s Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses. It is a full length, 36 par course with holes that combine water, trees, elevated greens and walkable terrain. This course is an excellent choice for a quick round after work, those starting in golf or a casual round. Rental clubs are available for adults and juniors.

10 Play Prepay Rounds POA Members can purchase a 10 round prepay card for $330.
10PPP grants members with a current Activity Card the privilege of inviting guests to play golf at any Bella Vista Property Owner’s Association (“BVPOA”) golf course at the $33 Member price for an 18-hole prime time round which includes green fee and cart. No exceptions apply and use of the package cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Members must remain in good standing with the BVPOA. 10PPP is $330 for ten (10) rounds of golf for any Member guest on any 18-hole BVPOA golf course.

The Scotsdale Golf Course is a course unlike any venue in Northwest Arkansas. The recently renovated 18-hole course plays like a traditional
Scottish links course. New Champion Bermuda greens, strategically placed bunkers and roll off collection areas, create a spectacular course that requires unique and calculated shots from its players.

Same-day tee times are available by calling any Pro Shop (see listings on page 1 of this booklet). Advanced tee times are available to Members and Non-Members according to the following schedule (see figure 1)
Advanced Online Tee TimesTee times are available online to Members and Non-Members by visiting bellvistapoa.com. Click “Book A Tee Time” on the top left of any page (see figure 2 ). This will then prompt you to another page where you can select Member or Non-Member (see figure 3). For mobile view only see figure 4.
Members• Enter your 8 digit POA Member number with a leading bv (e.g.
bv00123789). For your password, enter your SBL (lot/sub) number found on your member card (do not enter the dashes).
• Verify your first and last name, enter your e-mail address, verify your address and phone number. To change your password, click on MY ACCOUNT, then MY PROFILE, click on the MY ACCOUNT tab and change your password under MANAGE PASSWORD.
• Using your 8 digit POA number with a leading bv (e.g. bv00123789). Enter your password and click LOGIN.
• In order to make a tee time, click BOOK A TEE TIME. Follow the instructions to select your date, time, number of holes, number of golfers (up to four) and desired course.
• Find your preferred Tee Time and click Book. You will have five minutes to review your tee time booking information and accept the terms by checking the box and then click CONFIRM. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation.

T he Highlands Golf Course is the longest and most challenging course in Bella Vista. Carved out of Bella Vista’s rolling terrain, it is a
test of shot control with a few surprises around the doglegs. Take extra balls. The course’s five tees provide a challenge for all skill levels. Rental clubs are available. Highlands includes a full service bar and Grab-and-Go food selections including soup, sandwiches and salads.
