ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST THREE (3) WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EXPECTED HATCH/SHIPPING DATE. Canceled orders will be charged a non-refundable $20 cancellation fee and 10% of your total deposit. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already been processed. The customer agrees to allow up to ten business days before a refund will be issued from the date of refund request. We will never refund more than the original payment amount. We will not refund any poultry lost after pick up. You will have 1 week from the day your birds arrive for pick up.
