PICSA understands that it is the Customer who better knows their needs. We are not specialists in this or that sector ; we specialize in understanding Customers' needs applying plastic solutions. We develop Active Listening programs from the moment that the Customer presents us a design. The integration of our technicians and toolmakers with the Customer's project begins at this moment. We establish an specific protocol with the control check-list for mould and parts. We study possible improvements in the design to help optimize the customer's final product.
