Government regulations mandate that pipelines be inspected to assess the risk of failure. Companies must develop an Integrity Management Plan for initial and continuing assessment of their pipelines. Measurement

Pipeline Oil & Gas Equipment, Inc. fabricates liquid and gas measurement equipment to customer specifications and all applicable codes. Pipe-Equip will fabricate using single or dual chamber online fittings, ultrasonic meters, turbine meters, positive displacement meters, or any equipment required to assure the precise measurement of your product. From single meter tubes to complete skid-mounted systems with buildings and all necessary instrumentation. Pipe-Equip will provide quality equipment that meets you requirements.

Launchers & Receivers

Launchers and Receivers are required on most pipelines. The pipelines most be capable of being pigged. Cleaning improves flow and reduces corrosion by removing build-up of contaminants inside the pipe. There are many reasons to pig a pipeline including product batching, dewatering, gauging and new construction hydrostatic testing. Barrels

Many configurations of launcher and receiver are available including horizontal, vertical and sloped. Pipe-Equip provide launcher and receive barrels in any size, with any design code or material. Standard designs are available or we can design custom launcher and receiver barrels to your specifications.

Systems

Ease of shipping, handling and installation are important. Pipe-Equip can design, fabricate and package complete, skid-mounted vessel systems that will minimize field installation labor and expenses. Complete systems include launcher or receiver barrels, mainline and bypass pipes, valves, gauges, skid and handling equipment as required.

Automation

Sphere and Pig launchers and receivers may be automated for a variety of reasons, including multiple sphere or pig launching and receiving, product batching and dewatering. They are designed to meet your specific applications. Automated systems may be powered by electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic sources. Launch pins, launch valves, pig passage indicators and valves may be all automated using programmable control panels. Automated systems make operation easier and reduce field labor expense. Valve Settings

Prefabricated valve settings reduce field installation time. Pipe-Equip provides complete valve settings fabricated to your specifications and dimensions, coated and ready to install.

Provers

A meter prover is used to calibrate liquid flow meters. The liquid is measured by detector switches in a specified length of pipe. The volume measured between the detector switches is compared to the volume measured by the meter which determines the meter calibration factor. This simple concept requires expertise, accuracy and quality. Pipe-Equip provides unidirectional, bidirectional, sphere type and piston type meter provers. Stationary provers may be field or skid mounted. Mobil provers may be mounted on a truck or trailer.

Extrusions

Extrusions provide our customers with flexibility, reliability and economy. Extrusions can be manufactured in a wide variety of carbon steels, stainless steels, alloy steels, nickel alloys, chrome-nickel alloys and many other ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Extrusions are offered as multi-outlet headers, single outlet tees, reinforcing saddles, full encirclement saddles and other custom applications. Extrusions provide butt-weld joints that are easily radiographed and save fit-up and welding time.

Stainless

Fabricated, machined or extruded products are available in stainless and other stainless alloys.

ASME Pressure Vessels

Pipeline Oil & Gas Equipment, Inc. designs based on ASME codes stamped or non-code. Pipe-Equip provide custom pressure vessels and equipment, including launchers and receivers, fabricated to customer’s specifications.

Strainers

Pipe-Equip provide standard and custom designed, fabricated strainers, filters and separators. ASME code stamped or non-code strainers are available in all materials and sizes and may be fabricated to you specifications.
