Feedback for my work on Salesforce“Liam has worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth transition of EDQ UK billings process during the Salesforce migration. He has added a huge amount of value to the migration process spotting a number of complex issues in the billing process and working with colleagues in other departments to correct the problems identified. He put in the extra hours when needed and has taken great care when it comes to reconciling royalties and revenue, which in turn is helping us streamline the relevant Salesforce reports.”

Page 24: Placement Presentation

• “Liam has ensured our controls and processes have been adhered to during the Royal Mail pricing update, supporting areas of the business, aiming for perfection and reducing the risk of error internally and customer facing. He worked as part of the ‘successful’ Royal Mail PAF licencing (changes) project team to update training documents and calculators which are accurate easy to use. Great job Liam!”
