During his career Tero

Pesonen

has been involved in 

Platform Design, System Engineering and International 

Business. He has been with Professional Mobile Radio 

communication development since 1997 and in particular 

with promoting and organising TETRA Interoperability 

activities. Over the years he has acquired a deep 

understanding of the models to use public safety 

applications.

Recently, Tero

Pesonen

has been involved in 

groundbreaking work related to new opportunities in 

mission‐critical high speed data. Tero

works closely with 

major TETRA customers in creating advanced solutions to 

meet mission critical requirements. Since Autumn 2010 he 

has also been a TETRA + Critical Communications 

Association Board Member.

Tero

Pesonen

holds Master of Science degrees in Electrical 

Engineering and in Economics. He is also co‐author for the 

“You and Your TETRA Radio”

book that explains in down to 

earth manner the essentials of TETRA. The book has 

already been published in four languages
