PNS is associated with various organizations for several projects & has significance name in the GISindustry. PNS is conducting a GIS based field survey which broadly covers the Village/Gram Panchayatconnectivity to its nearest Tahsil/Blocks of different states & their districts. This project is majorlycovering all possible road/routes network between Village/Gram Panchayat location and Block/Tahsil.

The scope of work is to collect information through field survey & survey equipment along the connectingroads to the Village/Gram Panchayat from its nearest Tahsil/Blocks provided by PNS.

The selected vendors will responsible for the complete survey assign to him with in specified time periodwith desired quality. Each delivery will be as per the schedule shared by PNS without fail. The project alsorequires survey experience & GIS equipment understanding to perform it smoothly.

The period to perform the assigned activity is from the date of work order. All work must bescheduled to complete within this timeframe. Any modifications or extensions will be requested is solelyon PNSs discretion. Additionally, in case of non-adherence of the delivery schedule a penalty could beimposed on the vendor.

NDA will be signed between PNS & Vendor.

In case there is change in KMs/scope of assigned work in the Block/Tahsil, then within 2 days vendor will inform PNS for the same.

PNS may visit to vendor premises to verify team size and survey methodology.Camera Resolution must be 10 mega pixels and above for both Picture & video capturing.

o Image setting Size should be 3500 pixel minimum

o Video setting Resolution must be 1280 x 720

After every 2nd day of survey, delivery will be made as per Schedule.

All survey plots & data is PNS Property which must be furnished after the completion of each Block/Tahsil survey in good condition.

10% per week of the project value will be imposed as penalty for the Delay in delivery as per planned Schedule.

60% of payment will be made ONLY after successful submission of the block wise Survey & generated Report as detailed in SpecialConditions & Scope of Work verified & duly certified by the Competent Authority of Client.

20% of payment will be made after completion of Survey in the entire reach (completion of work).

Left over 20% of payment will be made after verifying the surveyed data with the actual data collected during execution of the work fromfield after a period of six month.

Scope of work may increase with prior information however that would be with minimal alterations.

For PNSs assurance & understanding vendor must elaborate the information listed below.
