Our Certification Kanoo Engineering is certified by ASME for U & S stamps to perform field and shop fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Assembly of Power Boilers and Power Piping in accordance with the ASME Code. KE is also certified for the field and shop repair (NB R) of pressure retaining items in accordance with ASME Code, The National Board Inspection Code and Jurisdictional requirements. Having demonstrated competence to perform work within the scope of the ASME Code and the NB, Kanoo Engineering is authorized to use the following symbols: U - for the field and shop fabrication of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers. S - for the field and shop fabrication of Power Boilers. PP - for the field and shop assembly and fabrication of Power Piping. R - for field and shop Repair of Pressure Retaining Items.

Services Kanoo Engineering has In - house Design / Engineering facilities with experienced Design Engineers well versed with international codes like ASME, BS, API, DNV, PD 5500 and other standards which enables us to design & fabricate the most complicated process equipment meeting all the process conditions & fabrication standards. Extensive experience in providing engineering code calculations for Pressure Vessels as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1, using PV Elite, Storage Tank using Etank, Structural Steel Calculation using Staad Pro and Modeling using TEKLA 19.1
Our Facilities KANOO ENGINEERING LLC has a purposely built 50,000 sq.ft workshop consisting of two bays. The first bay is 93.455m long & 26.5 m wide and contains 10t and 5t Two EOT cranes, whiles the second bay is 76.42m long and 26.94m wide and contains one 10t EOT cranes. KE Total Factory Area at present is 149 819 sq.ft.
Our Facilities Workshop is equipped with all modern machineries for shearing, drilling, rolling, shaping, milling, pipe bending, plate bending, CNC machines etc; A separate bay is arranged outside the workshop bays equipped for blasting and painting facilities. Our blasting standards conform to Swedish standard SA 2.5. Our workshop is also equipped with a 50T mobile crane and forklifts for easy and proper material handling. We are also equipped with proper and necessary equipments , tools, tackles and transportation facility for site erections.
