kesehatan yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, kemauan, dan
kemampuan hidup sehat bagi setiap
orang agar terwujud derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya, sebagai investasi
bagi pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang produktif secara sosial
