This proposal aims to occupy the whole facade on the main

street. The project consists of a ground floor house. Inside two

courtyards will be built. The first serves as an entry to the house

and as ventilation for the rooms. The second courtyard articula-tes the common areas creating

alternative circulation

This project is for a restaurant of60 seats. The project is based on creating an enclosed area where you placed the kitchens and spe-cial areas. The whole restaurant is designed to leave the original material seen and so recover the historical memory of the buil-ding. Metal curtains will be the only new material that was used

to generate the difference

The proposal defines a new axis that runs through the campus gi-ving new movement and access,

to complete and improve the current situation.

The work will be a do it yourself project done by the

students with a very low budget, recycling materials and existing

elements

The project consists of extending the existing house by creating a new volume for the apartment

and parking area. The connection is made through a courtyard and new stairs. The ground floor is

remodeled and creates an expan-sive room for family meals and

large celebrations.

project, an eight housing unit building in Andorra. I was also in charge for the structure package,

design and control, during the construction process.
