Estim8 has been established to provide a quality estimating service for timber and building products for Australian and New Zealand clients, from its base in Thailand. This service is built on the basis of a wide and extensive level of experience by those involved, and a clear understanding of the needs of the market. With a significant shortage of experienced estimators in both Australia and New Zealand,the provision of expertise from a remote location, combined with local support, is very attractive.

Estim8 have been providing estimating services for Pryda Fabricators for Roof Trusses, Wall Fames and Floor Trusses since 2008. With its operating office in Bangkok and its client support office in Melbourne, Estim8 works in the truss and frame industry, exclusively with Pryda Fabricators, generating quotations in an identical format to its fabricator customers, in a rapid, accurate and highly trained manner.

Recently Estim8 expanded its estimating services and now offers a similar service for the broader Timber and Building Industries, providing quotations for Engineered Wood Products and Building Take Offs. These services are carried out for EWP producers & distributors, timber & building suppliers and builders.

Estim8 tailors its services to match the exact form required by each of its clients, ensuring that the estimates and quotes produced, replicate those that would have been produced in the client’s own office, but generally with significantly reduced turnaround time.
