• How to open the program?

١- Press start button.

• The steps to open slide layout:

١-From menu bar select “Format”.

٢- From the submenu shown select “Slide layout”.

• Save a file ?

١. Open file menu .

٢. Click in save as icon .

٣. Select a drive .

٤. Write the file name .

٥. Select save .

• Close the Power Point program

• Click on the Close icon .

• OR click on the Exit from the file menu .

١. Click on the Insert Clip Art icon from the Drawing toolbar

Insert a new slide

* To insert a picture

١. Select the slide to which you want to add another slides.

٢. Click “Insert” from the menu bar .

٣. Select “New Slide”.

٤. Select Slide layout you want .
