Adding New Slides

Insert -> New Slide… Select slide layout

Changing Slide Layout

Format -> Slide Layout Select a new layout

Preview your show

View -> Slide Show Or use the the Slide Show Button

Animate objects / text Slide Show Menu -> Custom

Animation Select items – set effects - preview

Play a CD track

Insert -> Movies & Sound Click -> Play CD Audio Track Set track info and test CD Logo displays on slide Viewer will need to insert CD

Insert a Movie

Insert -> Movies & Sound Click ->Movie from… Select your GIF or AVI file Preview movie

Change Backgrounds

Format -> Background Select fill colors

Apply Design Templates Format -> Apply Design Template Select design, apply
