1. Telecommunication networks lost due to power outages caused data collection and reporting on the impact ofthe earthquake and tsunami in Palu and Donggala City could not be done quickly

2. Various houses and public facilities partially or fully collapsed. It is estimated that tens to hundreds of peoplehave not been evacuated from the rubble of the building

3. The Ponulele Bridge that connects between West Donggala and East Donggala collapsed, the bridge whichbecame the tourism icon of Palu City collapsed after being hit by the Tsunami wave.

4. 7 Electric substations were extinguished after the earthquake, especially in Palu and Donggala.5. The 4th floor tower of Palu Airport (Mutiara SIS Al-Jufrie) collapsed, communication equipment was damaged,

radio transmitter was damaged, Usat network was down, radar & VOR had not been functioning, 500 meters of2,500 meters of runway or runway was cracked due to the earthquake. The remaining 2,000 meters of runwaycannot be landed by large jet aircraft, such as the Boeing 747 and the like

6. Evacuation at the location of liquefaction can only be done on the third day, due to the limitations of heavyequipment.

7. The limited amount of food resulted in looting in several shopping centers that had been damaged by theearthquake.
