Devotional - Psalm 27:4
One thing I ask from the LORD,this only do I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the LORD
all the days of my life,to gaze on the beauty of the LORD
and to seek him in his temple.
Southern Asia
• Pray for God’s comfort for those who lost loved ones in the Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka and the reprisal attacks last year.
• Please pray for the families of those killed (75) and seriously injured (340) in the Easter suicide bombings in Iqbal Park in Lahore Pakistan in 2016. Pray that God will continue to minister to them and grant healing; that they will not lose heart; and they will continue to have fellowship with Christians in their local churches.
Southern Asia
We pray for outreach pastors involved in village ministry in remote rural
areas of Pakistan, training and teaching local pastors, so that they can
disciple their congregations. They also train local pastors in how to react
and respond to persecution. Please pray for their safety and protection as they travel.
Southern Asia
India please pray for a couple, Ashok and Seema and their family members. Recently Seema was attacked by their neighbour as she was returning home with daily rations. The lady dragged her by the rope that she tied to Seema's neck. She was heard shouting that she would sacrifice Seema to her gods. Onlookers had to intervene and rescue Seema and call her family members.
Southern Asia
It was reported that the reason the lady attacked Seema was
because she believed that her daughter's sickness was due to the
Christian family living in the building; because Ashok and Seema had rejected their Hindu faith and were now worshiping Jesus, the curse
had come upon her daughter (Names have been altered).
“My foundation is Jesus Christ. Jesus is everything. My son was mine for 13 years, but he is His forever.” VERL, WHOSE SON WAS KILLED IN

• Christopher Ash morning Bible Reading on Psalm 5: “Hope
because Jesus is Righteous”
Under our theme of Hope this will point us to the great hope that comes from watching Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2) as he knows what it means to be righteous. As we hope in Jesus, we learn to enjoy righteousness in him.

• Andy Bannister + Kristi Mair Seminar on “Sharing hope with
friends” In a world in chaos where people are increasingly asking questions about hope, Andy and Kristi will equip you to share the difference that Jesus makes.
• Graham Daniels Evening Celebration on “Our Hope: The
Appearing of Jesus Christ” (Titus 2) God’s grace is the source and motivation for all such good deeds, paying specific attention to Titus 2:11-14. We shall look back to what God has given us (2:11), look forward to the glory of God when Jesus returns (2:13) and consider how these perspectives will lead to transformation now, on a daily basis (2:13-14).
