Traditional anti-termite Method
In preconstruction pest control method, pesticide is sprayed the foundation pit before the

then Post Construction Anti-Termite has to be carried out. In which, holes are drilled in the
flooring including the periphery of the building and pesticide is pumped in and holes are
sealed again. The method has to be repeated every few years. It is a costly affair.

How it works? ITEM – Pesticide Pumping through Intelligent Network
ITEM technology consists of Intelligent Network of Pipes and Valves with built in
drippers, which is laid under the floor, inside and outside the building. Once the
building is ready, pesticides are pumped into the network. Network uniformly spreads
