I named all the risks I could think of, for example tripping over wires. I rated the likelihood of each risk and the consequences
Proposal My proposal was my first ideas and then the final idea I picked to make my advert. It was also other idea the I through of but prac)cal enough to make into an advert.
I used this because it helped me plan out my ideas and see them whole and what they might come out like.
Budget A budget is the price of all and everything you will be needing to make your advert, there are different sec)ons, Produc)on equipment required, Crew requirements, Actors, Props/scenery and Post-‐produc)on requirements. Each of these sec)ons have the price of every mitral they use
The effect of using the budget is to work out the average overall money spent on this produc)on.

This is a legal binding document that passes the copyright of materials recorded to your produc)on company in accordance with the Copyright Design and patents Act of 1988.
This means that you are able to do what you want with the film and you have full copyright over the footage.
Loca>on Release Form
This is the same as the release agreement but for a loca)on. You have to get permission to film on the curtain loca)on.
This gives me permission to film on a loca)on and for you to keep the film.
Footage log
this is a log of all the shots and takes, also of the )me codes and quality of the footage.
I used this because it tells use the shots good that we want to use and were we can find them, also it aloes you to get informa)on on the shots you want do you can get easy access to the shots.
Asset Log
A log of the loca)on and source of all secondary resources used.
