Welcome to our first Preciouxcatalogue for Girls...I believe everyone should feel Precioux (precious - valued, loved, dear) - especially children. That is why I have launched a lovely range of clothes especially for girls age 6 to 12 yrs to help them feel precioux too.

I am extremely excited about our new range …MISS PENELOPE… she is Fun, Sporty, Sassy and indeed loves to look cool whatever she is doing. My dream is for Miss Penelope to offer your Precioux child a wardrobe for every season whether she is playing with friends, enjoying her favourite sports, walking on the beach or dressing up for a party.

I am also passionate about supporting our local communities and all our clothes are designed and manufactured here in Cape Town to give you fabulous quality whilst creating more jobs locally where they are needed. I personally guarantee high quality, good value and fashionable styles. We will be opening a Precioux flagship store this year and our ranges are always available directly from us or one of our agents .

Although many garments can be tumble dried we do not recommend it other than on a gentle cycle as shrinkage can occur.

Returns / Exchangesyou can return your order for any reason at any time up to 14 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange…no quibbles.There is no need to inform us when sending a return.Fill out the return form we sent you with your original parcel and tell us whether you want an exchange or refund.return your parcel to the address on the return form.It is up to you how you send your return as you are re-sponsible for paying for the postage, we recommend you either use a courier or registered postal service.only when we receive the goods and are happy they are in their original condition are we able to process a refund payment or send you a new item.If you bought from a local agent you can also return your item to them and they will arrange a return on your behalf. This is usually at your expense so please contact them first and ask.If you wish to exchange the item for a different size or colour you will need to return the original item with all labels and packaging attached, complete the exchange or return form included with your original delivery and we will process the exchange for you and return the replacement item at our cost.

How do I get my catalogue?we produce two catalogues a year, Autumn/winter and Spring/Summer. They are available from Head Office, local agents and some primary schools.you can register to receive a new catalogue each season by completing our on line catalogue request form; or send an email telling us you would like to receive one every season with your name and postal address clearly stated in the email. we will then

send you the new catalogues every time they are produced. Catalogues cost just r10 each including postage. This amount will be refunded to you from your first order each season. Existing clients will receive a FrEE catalogue each season.

Why are catalogues available in some schools and not others?we are passionate about giving a percentage back to our schools and communities each year and have offered schools that distribute our catalogues each

season 5% cash back on sales generated from their school. Many schools have welcomed this opportu-nity and others; we simply have not yet got around to seeing.

How can my school benefit?If your school does not currently distribute our catalogues and you believe they may be interested in benefitting from our cash-back offer, simply let us know who to contact and we will happily get in touch with them. This benefit is open to all schools in South Africa.

• Paying your local agentPlace your order with your agent and pay the agent directly. They will send the order to Head Office and pay us on your behalf, most agents are able to accept Cash, EFT or debit / Credit Card payments.

Deliverywe deliver via courier across South Africa. If you are outside South Africa phone for a quote or to arrange delivery and we will be happy to help. Location: Main centres throughout South Africa delivered to your door.Approx cost: r65 up to 5kg (this is a lot of clothes!)

If you live in outlying areas or are ordering more than 5 kg we will be able to quote you for courier or postal service. We endeavour to give you the most afford-able post and carriage costs; we do not aim to make money from this service and will pass on all savings to the customer.

Why do you charge for postage?Sorry we can not offer free postage. The old saying “the customer pays in the end” would be true and the prices of our products would simply go up…we do return for FrEE if you need to exchange for a different colour or size.

Faulty goodsIn the unlikely event that your goods have a manufacturing defect we will pay for the return and also send you a replacement at our expense, if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock we will need to process a refund or an exchange. Please phone 021 852 7518 to arrange a collection for faulty goods or email [email protected]. If the item is not a valid return, Precioux will not be liable for postage or any other costs associated with the return on the clothing. only current seasons items will be accepted.
