Labour series
• The labour series is mainly used for farm labour or disaster relief.
• The buildings can be rapidly erected. All panels are cut to size in our
factory saving on installation time.
• The building can be erected on a raft foundation or raised steel frame
which in turn is bolted to concrete footings.
• The internal finishing is offered on an as required basis.
• The series can be erected as single units or as a
multiple barrack style buildings

Labour Housing
Construction Series
• The building is erected on a raised steel frame which is bolted to
concrete footings.
• The construction series is mainly used for road construction camps
and labour camps.
• These buildings can be rapidly erected. All panels are cut to size in
our factory, saving on installation time.
• The internal finishing is offered on an as required basis.
• This series is erected as a multiple barrack style and can be done as
double storey.

H Frame Buildings
• The H frame series is used mainly for workshops and
warehouses.
• There is no maximum width, length or height we manufacture
according to the required specification.
• Offices are often added to these buildings, in this event we
would utilize the custom series.
• Workshops can have overhead gantry cranes installed.

Container Housing
• Container housing comes in 6m and 12m units.
• A unit takes 3 to 4 hours to erect.
• They are used for the following purposes.
> Site offices.
> Security offices.
> Accommodation.
• Once erected they can be moved by forklift or flat bed truck.
• Units come fully fitted as per customer specification.
• Units can be combined to build a complex.
• 3 x 6m units can be packed in a 20ft container.
• 3 x 12m units can be packed in a 40ft container.

Nigeria pump station
In 2012 due Olam rice Nigeria had a shortage of water for the newly
planted rice paddy’s a 6.5 Q/sec pump station needed to be built in a short
space of time.
The contract was placed with Technowatt trading and intern Joe Faber
was tasked to construct the required pump station.
The submersible pumps were airlifted from China and was mounted on a
banana boat which was purchased from local fishermen.
A scaffolding frame had to be built underwater below the boat to prevent
rotation of the submersible pumps.
A coffer dam was built to which the pumps discharged the water via 6x
250mm lay flat pipes. The coffer dam in turn supplied the main supply
canal to the rice paddy's.
The pumps were powered by a 1000Kva diesel generator complete with
electrical panels and soft starters for each pump.
The project was completed in 10 days once the pumps arrived on site.
Financed solar solutions
• In conjunction with Renewvia a US-based company which has solar
powered installations around the world, they have recently expanded into
Africa. They currently have projects in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa,
Zimbabwe, Zambia and Kenya. We have developed a long-term fuel and
grid offset solutions which can run shopping centres, manufacturing,
warehouses and other products. Renewvia focuses on providing captive
customer solar power for the corporate user.
• Depending on the financial strength of the customer, Renewvia can
consider working with strong financial customers on a Power Purchase
Agreement basis. Meaning, that we would pay to install and manage the
power solution, and sell the client the power at a reduced cost to what the
customer will pay for either generators or the grid over a 20 year period.
This means no upfront outlay for the customer. So a bespoked system will
be designed to ensure that the client has power which is reliable and less
expensive. To give you an example we have a client that is installing a
300 kW system to offset their generators in Nigeria, and they will save
millions of dollars in power charges over a 20 year period. Obviously, the
savings will be dependent on the size of the systems required.
• All of our systems also come with a Head Office electricity monitoring
software, so staff can always be certain that power is on remotely.
