Here are the details for using BirdEye:- When an agent has a closing and the clients are at their “happy peak”, you can ask them to take a quick online survey and rate your service. - After the client has agreed to the survey, the agent clicks a link (we provide you) and is transferred to the online site where the agent willenter the client’s Name, Email address, and Cell phone number. - Next, the client, on their cell phone will receive a text message asking them to rate your
service. The client is walked through the survey and is asked to make comments and select how many stars to rate you. - After finishing the review of you the clients will also receive an email thanking them for taking the time to rate us.
