end of the Auction evening on October 18, 2014. Cash, checks, MasterCard, or Visa are accepted.
• Silent bid and Live Auction purchases are paid at the Auction Checkout table.
• Please claim all purchases promptly after the Live Auction and closing of the Silent Auctions with presentation of your Redemption Receipt.
• Auction purchases must be removed the evening of October 18, 2014.
• All sales are final. There can be no exchanges or refunds.
• Dollar values placed on items being auctioned are estimates of the retail values provided by the contributor and are not warranted by PCIS.
• Donors and/or purchasers of auction items or services should consult their own tax advisors regarding any questions concerning the possibility of tax deductibility.
• Auction items, services, and gift certificates must be redeemed within the time limits in accordance with restrictions, if any, specified by the contributors. Please look at any restrictions noted in the item description or certificate and make necessary arrangements with the contributor at your earliest convenience.
• PCiS reserves the right to change, add, or remove from either the Live or Silent Auctions any item it deems appropriate even though the item may have been previously advertised, listed in the printed auction catalog, or verbally indicated as being offered for auction.
• Total description and/or restrictions on some Live or Silent Auction items may not be completely
outlined in your official 2014 Auction Catalog.
Silent Auction Area Rules:• Each item on display in the Silent Auction area
has its own bid sheet.
• To record your bid, list your bidder number and your bid. Your bid must top the previous bid by the incremental amount listed.
• Check on your bid frequently. It may be topped at any time, and you don’t want to lose your item.
• Volunteers working the Silent Auction area may not place bids for you.
• Bid on any item as many times as you wish.
• Bid on as many items as you wish.
• Silent bidding will close by tables with all bidding completed prior to 7:00pm. Announcements will be made prior to the closing of tables.
• Please pay for your Silent Auction winnings at the Auction Checkout table.
• Silent Auction purchases may be claimed by showing a Redemption Receipt.
Live Auction Rules:• All bidders must have a bidder number.
• Bidder numbers are not transferable. You are responsible for all purchases made with your bidder number.
• Checkout will open shortly after the Live Auction closes, and you may pay for your purchases at the Auction Checkout table at any time.
