Capgemini is facing the same issuesSAP Professional Transition Program: SAP Navigator

Capgemini Academy developed the SAP Navigator transition program for SAP Professionals for Capgemini Netherlands

In this program, eight future SAP roles were defined. Competency profiles were drawn up, training curriculums were designed and several courses were implemented

Next to that Capgemini Academy developed together with SAP Education a curriculum for the SAP project manager

The four functional roles include:• Industry Expert• Proces Solution Composer• Functional Solution Consultant• Application Consultant

The four technical roles include:• Solution Architect• Integration Consultant• Technical Consultant• SAP Developer

One supporting role:• SAP Project Manager
