citizens of Russia.

For example with your property happens unpleasant thing. In this case insurance company entirely or partly compensaits loss.

Medical insurance

Medical insurance – it is a program contains of list medical care rendered to people if something happens with your health.

In medical insurance fees are payed by organization, where you work or local administration for unemployed people.

All people who receive insurancing polis have equal rights on different medical care in the generally accepted limits.

Aviation insurance. Airliners, helicopters,

spaceship are insured from damagers from damage their health and property. Every people have rights on inference personal agreement about insurance on time flight.

The social help to large families.

All large families of Russia enjoy social support of the state.

At a birth of the second child the parent grant is paid. Today its size is

250 000 rubles. This money can be spent for study of children, on purchase of habitation.

All large families have the right of preferential travel to public transport, a privilege at payment of municipal services.

Children from large families at school receive a free-of-charge feed and have privileges at receipt in a higher educational institution.

Mothers having four and more children, are awarded with rank «Mother the heroine».

Widows

To the wives who have lost the husband of able-bodied age, having children not full age, grants an allowance on losses of the supporter.

Privileges of Invalids

The invalids use privileges at the journey on some types of transport. Free journey on all types of town transport and on car transport of general use within administrative region on place жительства is afforded invalids 1 and 2 groups on vision, not having two limbs or with palsy of two limbs.

The Invalids are afforded 50 per cent discount from the journey cost on interurban lines of air, railway, river and car transport with 1 Оctober on 15 may and once (journey there and back) anytime.

The Invalids I and II groups is afforded right of free journey once to the place of treatment per annum and back, if legislation to Russia Federations not installed more favorable conditions.

Gratis invalid can be also afforded right to gain dressing

facilities and separate products of medical purpose,

but only at presence of conclusion an agency МСЭ on need of use by these facilities.

The Invalids 1 and 2 groups at the arrival in average professional and high professional state or municipal educational institution has a right on enrolment in the event of successful delivery of entrance exams, if such education not contra-indicated medical conclusions.

People from the number of invalids, educating at the average or maximum professional state or municipal scholastic an institution, in the obligatory order must be added scholarship.

• Organization of feeding, including product delivery on the house.

• Help in acquisition of medication, food and earned one's living essential goods.

• Assistance in getting a medical help, including accompaniment in medical institutions.

• Maintenance of conditions of residence in accordance with hygienic requirements.

• Assistance in organizations of legal help and other legal services.

• Assistance in organizations of ritual services.

• Other home social facilities.

The Invalids and families, having children-invalids, needing for perfecting the housing conditioners, are taken on the account and are ensured by dwelling premises in the order, provided legislation to Russia Federations and legislation an subjects to Russia Federations.

Now the Russian legislation Grants to the citizens having children provides variety of various grants for citizens with children. The monthly birth grant concerns number of such grants before achievement by it 16 age or before leaving school.

All citizens with children if the child lives with them together have the right to the grant and is not on full state maintenance.
