WAYS WE WORK
CASE STudY
• We worked with Mars and their
agency on the award winning Galaxy Irresistible campaign where 1 million Galaxy branded books were on offer to be won.
• Consumers were directed to a mini site for data capture which was enhanced with content from Penguin such as interviews with the authors.
• If you were a lucky winner, you could choose from a selection of best selling books.
• Promoted with a TV campaign, the campaign was deemed a huge success, with Galaxy claiming to achieve a 38% rise in sales
CASE STudY
• We teamed up with L’Oreal and their agency in their summer reading promotion targeting Ireland.
• We supplied L’Oreal branded copies of best selling female novelist Marian Keyes’ The Brightest Star in the Sky
• Books were available as an instant in-store redemption when making a multi purchase of L’Oreal products
• We worked with Carte Noir and their agency to create their ‘Carte Noire Moment’ campaign featuring Penguin Classics, ‘for a more seductive coffee break’
• Offering exclusive discount through Penguin.co.uk
• The campaign saw Joseph Fiennes, Dominic West and Greg Wise read seductive passages from Penguin fiction directly to the viewer on their coffee break and included live readings at events, a daily partnership with leading radio station Classic FM , online content distribution and press ads.
CASE STudY
• In the past we worked with Wilkinson to create a summer read campaign.
• As an idea we thought about creating a Summer Book club promotion with a media partner for Gillette.
• For men and women of all ages, we could look to the hugely successful trilogy from Sylvia Day for women and celebrate the 40th anniversary of Clive Cussler’s best selling action packed books for men.

• As an idea for another Fairy Christmas campaign we thought of a partnership between our world famous author Raymond Briggs, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of The Snowman, and Fairy.
• Offering exclusive Fairy branded editions of The Snowman and Father Christmas as part of a seasonal
campaign.
• We thought to bring the campaign to life we could work with Fairy and other partners to create a Snowman themed magical Christmas grotto in key shopping areas for Mums and Kids to enjoy.
IdEAS
• In the past we’ve worked with Lloyds TSB to create an exclusive Ladybird Lloyds branded story and activity book.
• Lloyds wanted to use their character Billy to help parents teach their children the importance of saving money.
• As an idea with Duracell in mind we thought a bespoke Duracell branded book telling the story of the world famous Duracell Bunny would be a perfect way to reach a new audience.
