INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Electric Metals is focused on the exploration of rare earth elements

with properties in two leading Canadian REE exploration districts

• Current projects include the Chuchinka property in central British

Columbia and the Abitibi properties in the Montviel area of Quebec

• 2011 exploration program has commenced at Chuchinka

• EMI has an option to earn a 75% interest in the Chuchinka property

and a 100% interest in the Abitibi properties

• A global supply deficit of rare earth elements has driven up prices

more than tenfold since 2009

• Increasing dependence on technology has also led to increased

demand for rare earth elements

CHUCHINKA PROJECT

8 TSX.V:EMI

• 2,268 hectare (5 claims) contiguous to and adjoining Spectrum

Mining Corp’s recently reported rare earth discovery

• Located 80 km northeast of Prince George, BC via Highway 97

• Spectrum Mining reported significant rare earth element

mineralization on its Wicheeda carbonatite-syenite breccia intrusive

complex rare earth discovery

• Highlights from Wicheeda include three separate drill holes

containing: o 48.64 metre interval which averaged 3.55% rare earth elements (“REE”)

o 72.0 metre interval which averaged 2.92% REE

o 144 metre interval which averaged 2.20% REE

CHUCHINKA PROJECT

Page 10: Presentation: Electric Metals (July 2011)

CHUCHINKA PROJECT • Phase 1exploration to

define drill targets

within several

anomalies, the largest

of these measuring

4km by 1km –

commenced in June

• Phase 2 exploration

will consist of

trenching and a

diamond drill program

to test high-priority

zones identified in the

phase 1 program

Page 11: Presentation: Electric Metals (July 2011)

MONTVIEL PROJECT

• Consists of 8 claim blocks in the Abitibi region of Quebec with certain

blocks within 15 kilometres of Geomega Resources Inc.’s (TSX-V:

GMA) Montviel property

o The Abitibi claims total 21,600 hectares (216 square

kilometres)

• Abitibi claims cover most of the known syenite occurrences

surrounding the Montviel syenite-carbonatite complex

o Geomega drilling recently returned results of 485 metres of

1.44% TREO including 111 metres of 2.09% TREO

MONTVIEL PROJECT

Page 13: Presentation: Electric Metals (July 2011)

MONTVIEL PROJECT • Four of the 8 local syenite complexes have already been confirmed

to host carbonatite

• Historical drilling has intersected carbonatite similar to that which

hosts REE mineralization at Montviel, but was not assayed for REE at

the time

• Syenite-carbonatite complexes were emplaced along two major

structural corridors o The Abitibi claims cover most of the known syenite occurrences that have

intruded these trends

o Remaining syenites of the Abitibi claims may also be prospective for carbonatite emplacement and associated REE mineralization

o Potential to host additional favourable REE hosting lithologies

• The Abitibi claims present a large-scale, highly prospective target in

Canada’s new REE district
