Factors Influencing Dealer
Findings• There is no exclusive outlet of Godrej.• Availability of Microwave ovens and other
products of Godrej is less in the market.• There is no distributor of Godrej in the studied
region.• According to dealers LG is having good
distribution.• Sales margin is the most influencing factor and
after it is Brand name.
Suggestions
• Exclusive outlets should be opened.• Appropriate Distribution Channel should be
adopted.• Time lag should be reduced.• Replacement/Repair time should also be
reduced.
Conclusion
According to this study the Godrej’s distribution is not efficient. There are less number of dealers of Godrej in the market. All the products are not available in the market. The refrigerators and washing machines are available but the microwave ovens and other products such as LCD TV and DVD player are not available in the market.
