The system consists of followings

1. Stand to hold the Parabola,

2. Highly reflactive mirrors,

3. Auto Sun Tracking System,


It also consists :

1 Equipments to help to move the parabola in relation to movement of Sun

2 Power assistance & other equipments to rotate the parabola

3 To adjust the parabola in relation to seasional changes in the position of sun.


The parabola moves with the help of a syncronised gear box which rotates the

parabola in relation to the movement of sun.


Shown are two parabolic reflactors installed at Amode Garments Pvt. Limited, Indore to generate steam to be used for ironing


The parabolic reflactors concentrates the reflaction of solar radiation received at it, at the heat receiver which is attached to a header and insulated pipe lines that carries the

water and the steam


The reflaction at the heat receiver gets a tepmerature of more than 400 Degree Centigrade which is good enough to heat the water at a higher temperature.


The high temperature at the focal point converts the water into steam that gets accumulated into the header.


The over head water tank fills the header with the soft water and keeps on refilling the header tank with required water to generate the steam


The water fills the header tank, that get inserted into the heat receiver with natural flow, gets heated and after converted into steam it goes upwords and

get accumulated into the header. The header is well insulated with provisions of necessary safety and oprational equipments.


All heat receivers are attached with each other with the help of an insulated water and steam pipe lines that are attached to get feed with the

header with water and resultant generated steam


The steam so generated is carried to the place of use in an insulated pipe line.


The steam pipe line is attached with a pressure guage and a safety valve as a safety measure. The safety valve relases the high pressure steam that may be harmful or is of more than the required pressure.


The steam pipe line carries the steam to the place of application by way of

a steam station which regulates the stem to the point of use.


This pressure gauge shows the pressure ready for delivery to equipments


The steam is carried to the steam ironing tables for final use


A steam iron in operation with the help of steam generated with Solar Energy


The steam so generated is also used for washing the fabric / cloths


The steam so generated is also used for the washing of cloths in a modern

dryer to dry the cloths
