LOCATIONS We have picked locations that are all based in the

same area, meaning it would be simple for use to get everywhere simply. We have picked the certain area as the location we have picked has everything in a walking distance, making this easy for us to film everywhere in the limited time that we have, also as we are going to be carrying equipment everywhere too it makes it simple so we don’t have to be carrying all of the equipment all day getting to different locations.

This is the entrance for the park

We have picked this location because all of the locations are near by each other making this easy for us to get to each location within a good time.

We have picked this alley way as it’s along and simple road that would be good for filming a walk, with the characters that are acting, as this would create suspense. Within this location it isn’t that windy because the area is built up with gates and fences

LOCATIONS. In the park we are filming the two

girls revising, this is where we do see the man walking, although we don’t see him clearly. This is done so as it’s the first scene where we see the man for the first time, so we want to look edgy as it does give a good effect.

In this location we are going to be filming the main character walking threw the park. We will be filming this a couple times in the dark and in the day, however because we are filming in the dark we will need to be careful about not being able to see the actors, everyone in the cast and the crew have smart phones this would be useful for us as we can use the torch as extra lighting, to enable us when filming to be able to see the cast without struggling, as we want everything to be seen clearly.

LOCATIONS.

We will be showing the alley way twice. In the day the main girl will be walking to the park with her friend. While the girls are walking the Man walks towards them and cuts in-between them, all of this will be happing in the day time.

The second scene is where its filmed in the night, this is where the two characters interact with each other. The girl then runs home because she is frighten as she hears footsteps coming towards her quickly.

As the girl ran home, this would be the scene where the man would be outside her house, this would make the audience think that she could be in danger, although this is where dialog comes in as its when they start talking we realise that she isn’t in danger he just wanted to introduce himself

With this scene we have to be careful as this is a public place and a lot of people would be there because it’s a local bus stop, we have to be careful about not being in the way of the public, although this is a good thing because we would want it to look realistic and to make it not look all set up.

Costumes The character that Lalou will be playing is a suspicious character, therefore we want him to wear all black because the clothing doesn’t show anything about the character, which does leave the viewers to think more about the character.

CostumesChilapi is a character where she is portrayed as a victim to the viewers in the short film, therefore I though that it would be a good idea for her character to be wearing clothing that isn’t dark, so I picked a white T-Shirt and light blue jeans as I think that the colours so represent some kind of innocents, as to the audience she looks like a victim and want her too look like it too.

Props These are the only props that we will be having in the short film, the books would be used in the scene where the main girl ‘Alex’ is revising with one of the extras, therefore we would need to have books as props.

We are using this prop at the start of film, this phone will be seen in the shot too

Actors With our short film we are only

having two main characters as this makes it more simple for use to film.

Reasons why we have chosen the two characters is that they are the same age and that what we wanted, they are young so because of this it would engage the target audience. I have picked these to characters as they are the most outgoing personality's in the class which would be good when they start to act, both of them do also have experience with acting too. These are the two main actors that will

be acting in the short film.

Extras

These are the extras, meaning that if something was to happen to the main actors they would step in.

Simone will be playing ‘Alex’ the main characters friend as they will be revising in the park, this is where the man and the girl are in first introduced. Simone doesn’t have any dialogue in this scene.

Tanim will be playing an extra too, this meaning that if the main actor doesn’t turn up or doesn’t want to do it he will take his place and act.
