2. The appearance and colour of the concrete roof tiles may vary due to the source of raw materials used in the manufacturing process.

3. Please verify stock availability prior to sale, as stock levels change daily.

4. The onus is on the dealer to confirm stock availability with BMI Coverland prior to entering into any legal or/and binding commitment or placing an order.

5. Specifications and products can change at any time without prior notice.

6. Minimum order quantities apply on selected profiles. Enquire with your account manager or relevant branch.

7. Renown tiles only available from the Bloemfontein branch – please enquire about transport rates and tile pricing to other centres. Standard discounts do not apply.

8. Standard discounts for particular branches are not applicable throughout to all branches. Kindly liaise with your account manager for the branch.

9. There is a 3 1/2 week lead time on all Flair orders placed.

10. A 10% Handling fee can be levied on stock that is returned due to customer/dealer mistake in ordering or for whatever reason BMI Coverland specify at time of collection of stock. A transport fee for return of incorrect stock may be charged by BMI Coverland.
