Is Your Team READY For the Pride Food Truck Challenge?
In these challenging times, our Alumni teams have so much to offer! For this year’s Pride Team Summit our goal is to leverage the best practice models from every job description in order to take your systems and team dynamics to the next level in 2018! We also want to blow away the "fun meter" and truly celebrate our teams in a unique and exciting way.
We are hosting the Food Truck Face-Off! We are using all of our Pride skills and turning the American phenomenon of food trucks into a team building competition, resulting in the most delicious face-off imaginable.
Teams will be formed based on key dental job descriptions, because we are pretty sure dental assistants, hygienists and front desk team members will outwit and outplay the doctors every time. Each team will work as a cohesive team to out-cook, out-market, and out-score their competition, in an effort to win gold medals.
The final stage, of course, is chowing down on these delec-table delights, with adult beverages, roaming from truck to truck, experiencing an indoor culinary road trip adventure!
Our Friday morning will be focused on de-briefing the real lessons learned during our fun challenge, as well as zero-ing in on the latest BEST Practice Models for each unique dental system so the team goes back to the office with new energy and new skills to achieve next levels of success. LETS HAVE A BLAST!
