• Greater emphasis on spoken & written

interaction skills;

better engage students and develop their

• Continue to expose students to culture &

values through MTL learning.

that students can relate to, so as to better

engage students in their learning of MTL

and;

• Greater use of ICT e.g. videos,

animations, digital interactive games etc.

CL Modular Approach

• Will only be implemented starting from P2

• Based on feedback from the CL teachers and

students’ performance in P1, students who need

more support will be placed in Bridging class to

help them better learn Chinese Language.

• Target Group: Low-progress students from P1
