Attendees will have the opportunity to network, attend a variety of workshops and hear from passionate speakers. Each year the Chamber seeks keynote speakers that will share a powerful personal story of suc- cess through dedication, ambition and passion. is year, Kathy Albarado, Founder and CEO of Helios HR, an award-winning human capital management and recruiting firm based in Reston, VA, which she founded in 2001, will take the po- dium to share her story of 25 years of experience in progressive human capital management. She will lead a discussion where she addresses “Living with Intention”. Ms. Albarado and her team are passionate about helping organizations establish a culture of intention--a culture that allows them to attract, retain and engage exceptional teams.
