REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVEL

PASSPORT – American citizens traveling abroad must have a valid passport. Apply at your nearest passport office or clerk of superior court immediately. Non-American citizens need to check with CTO for requirements. VISA: ISRAEL – None at this time. VACCINATION: None at this time.

PILGRIMAGE TO THE HOLYLAND DEC 27: BEGINNING OUR PILGRIMAGE Depart San Antonio via jet service. Dinner and breakfast will be served in flight. DEC 28: INTO THE LAND OF THE BIBLE Upon arrival in the afternoon, you will be met by our representative who will assist you with formalities. A luxury motorcoach will transfer you to Nazareth where you will overnight. DEC 29: NAZARETH / GALILEE This morning visit Basilica of the Annunciation enclosing the remains of the house of Joachim and Ann and the site where the Angel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary to announce that she was to become the Mother of God. Visit the home of the Holy Family, St. Joseph’s workshop. Drive to Cana where Christ performed his first miracle and where any married couples can renew their marriage vows. Proceed to your hotel on the Mount of Beatitudes for dinner and your first night by the Sea of Galilee. DEC 30: GALILEE / UPPER GALILLEE We will spend the entire day at the Sea of Galilee where our Lord called His Apostles. In the morning drive to Tiberias to board a boat on the calm surface of the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, the city where Jesus started His Ministry and the site of the Synagogue where He was teaching. Visit the House of St. Peter. Proceed to Tabgha, the site of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fish. Visit the 4th century mosaics. DEC 31: ALONG THE JORDAN VALLEY to JERUSALEM - Depart Galilee this morning and drive to the top of Mt. Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration. Continue along the Jordan Valley to the River Jordan where Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist. We will have the opportunity to renew our Baptism Vows. We will visit Jericho, which is nearby the River Jordan, one of the oldest cities in the world. From Jericho you can see the Mount of Temptation where Satan tempted Jesus when He fasted for forty days and forty nights. Spend time at the Dead Sea and experience floating in this Sea with high content of salt and minerals. Arrive in Jerusalem and proceed to Notre Dame of Jerusalem for your first night. A prayer service and celebration to end the year and begin a new year! JAN 01: BETHLEHEM Drive to Bethlehem. Visit the Basilica of the Nativity, built over the site of the birthplace of Christ. Visit the Cave where Christ was born and it is the occasion to sing the traditional Christmas Hymns. A visit is made to the Chapel of St. Jerome, who lived here for many years and translated the Bible into Latin. The nearby Church of St. Catherine is the venue for the midnight Mass that is broadcast all over the world from Bethlehem on Christmas Eve. Continue to the Shepherds' Fields, recalling

the “great throng of the heavenly hosts” who appeared tothe shepherds and told them of the birth of the Saviour. We will also visit a local Catholic parish in the Shepherds’Field area and families that are descendants of theShepherds! Dinner and overnight. JAN 02: JERUSALEM This morning, we will spend time reflecting our Lord’s Passion. Visit the Church of St.Peter in Gallicantu built on the site of the house ofCaiaphas which encloses the dungeon where Christ waskept on Holy Thursday night and where Peter denied Christthrice. in the Old City of Jerusalem, visiting the Chapel of Flagellation, the Chapel of Condemnation and theLithostrotos, the site of the Antonia Fortress where JuliusCaesar resided at the time of Christ and where Christ wastried and condemned to death. proceed to Jerusalem and visit the Church of St. Ann, built on the site of thebirthplace of Our Lady. Continue to the Pool of Bethesdawhere Christ healed the paralytic. Dinner and overnight. JAN 03: NEW CITY OF JERUSALEM Beginning the Way of the Cross here, walk along the Via Dolorosa –ending at the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre, built over thesite of the Crucifixion and the Tomb. Visit Calvary and theTomb of Our Lord followed by a short tour of theBasilicaDrive to visit Ein Karem, the place of the Visitation where Our Lady came to visit her cousin Elizabeth. Viewthe plaques with the Magnificat in most languages of theWorld. Visit the parish church of St. John the Baptist, andthe Grotto of his birth. In the afternoon proceed to Mount Zion visiting the Room of the Last Supper, Church of the Dormition, and then visit the Wailing Wall, the most sacredspot in the world for the Jews. Dinner and overnight. JAN 04: MOUNTAINS OF JERUSALEM Drive to the Mount of Olives and visit the Church of the Ascension, the spot where Christ ascended into Heaven; the Pater NosterChurch commemorating Christ’s teaching of the Our Fatherto the Disciples; Dominus Flevit, the spot where Christwept over Jerusalem. Continue onward to Gethsemane toview the ancient olive trees in the Garden of Gethsemaneand to visit the Church of All Nations which houses theRock of the Agony of Christ on Holy Thursday. In thischurch is a beautiful mosaic donated by the United States.Before dinner, enjoy a Pilgrim Gathering in the NotreDame Hotel, followed by dinner. JAN 05: TEL AVIV/ SAN ANTONIO Arrive San Antonio in the evening.

TOUR CONDITIONS AIR TRANSPORTATION: Economy class jet connecting IATA and ATC carriers. Airfare is based on SUPER APEX 6-21 days plus domestic add-on fares where applicable. Airfares are based on March 2016 rates and are subject to change without prior notice. BAGGAGE: Limited to one normal size suitcase, the weight of which should not exceed 50 pounds. Flight bags, cosmetic bags, briefcases, and camera cases remain in the personal care of tour members and are not included in the 50 pounds. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Superior First Class Hotels, two persons sharing a twin bedroom with private bath. A limited number of single rooms are available at $750.00 supplemental cost. Confirmation required before departure. MEALS: THREE MEALS PER DAY: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. SIGHTSEEING: As detailed in the itinerary, using comfortable and convenient transportation. English speaking government licensed guide. All entrance fees are included when applicable to specified sites. TIPS: Tips associated with porterage at the hotels, meal gratuities, GUIDES and DRIVERS rendering services are included. TAXES: Service charges as imposed by lodging facilities, taxes by local administrations and government authorities on lodging are included on all services rendered to the group. Airport taxes, and fuel surcharge totaling $282.00 ARE NOT included in the price of the tour and are subject to change without prior notice. THE TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Expense of passports, laundry, wines, liquors, mineral water, and after supper coffee or tea or items not found on the menu, excessive baggage expenses, and all items of a personal nature, plus those not listed as being included in the tour price.

BOOKING AND CONDITIONS: Deposit and payment. A deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be made no later than 60 days prior to departure. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to departure, refunds will be made less $100.00 per person administrative fee. Cancellations made 59-35 days prior to departure will be subject to $300.00 per person administrative fee. Cancellations received 35 days or less prior to departure have to pay a charge equivalent to 75% of the cost of the basic tour from the Gateway City. NO SHOW NO REFUND. Cancellation charges with medical reasons certified by a hospital and accepted by the airlines and suppliers will only be made based on refunds from suppliers and less $300.00 per person administrative fee. CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. No refunds for services or sightseeing rendered and not used by tour members. Consolidated Tours Org. Inc. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, withdraw or change the tour in whole or in part at any time in the event a change is deemed necessary by CTO, Inc. The sole obligation of CTO, Inc. is to refund payments received in connection herewith if not acceptable to tour members. RESPONSIBILITY: Consolidated Tours Org. Inc. (CTO), and their Agents assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries or loss of property, accident, delay, changes in schedule or itinerary or incidental damages, occasioned by circumstances beyond the control of CTO, Inc. or by any person or reason whatsoever, including but not limited to default or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities related to or included in this tour or any part thereof or in arranging for same.
