The typical piadina from Marche, a popular flatbread that accompanies many Italian meals, is one of the most popular specialties in the Mascia Delicatezze savoury range. It is produced simply with extra virgin olive oil – no lard, no margarine – to make it fragrant and delicate, along with crostini and scaldatelli with local spices. EASTER SELECTIONThe Colomba, or Dove, is a symbol of peace. A traditional Italian dessert and symbol of the Easter Holiday requiring a long preparation process consisting of naturally proving the dough over two sta-ges for around 70 hours. A soft dough with natural flavours that enhance the fragrance and taste. Filled with melt-in-the-mouth dark chocolate chips. The outer chocolate glazing (dark or white) enhances the overall flavour. A tasty treat, a sweet delicacy, to be enjoyed as a very pleasant dessert.
