Print professional, lasting color in a wide range of sizes This compact printer adjusts to accommodate media from 3 x 5 in (76 x 127 mm) to 13 x 19 in (330 x 483 mm). Its paper-handling features make it easy to print the business documents you need, with support for a variety of paper types (plain, presentation, brochure, inkjet, photo), envelopes, and cards (index, greeting).

Affordable borderless printing Now you have the flexibility to create borderless flyers, brochures, marketing materials, and more in-house—for less than a print shop.3 For a truly professional look, print to the edge on all four sides of photo and brochure papers, all the way up to 13 x 19 in (330 x 483 mm). No special photo papers with tear-off tabs or strips are required.

It’s also simple to produce professional-looking booklets for binding. The Booklet Layout feature automatically arranges and resizes the pages of a document so that when the document is folded into a booklet, the page order is correct.

Save time with an easy-to-use control panel This ePrinter’s simple control panel lets you see printing and network status at a glance:

• ePrint button and light—Indicates whether HP ePrint has been enabled and is turned on. If it blinks, HP ePrint is trying to connect. To set up HP ePrint, press and hold the ePrint button, and then follow the instructions on the information page that prints.

• Ethernet light—Indicates whether Ethernet networking is enabled.

• Wireless button and light—Indicates whether wireless networking is enabled. Use the button to easily turn on and off wireless networking.

• Network information button—See at a glance if your printer is connected to the network. Press the button to print a configuration page to view the network settings and a list of networks detected by your printer.

• Cancel button—Cancel print jobs immediately right at the printer, and stop wasting ink and time.

• Alert light—A flashing light indicates a problem such as a paper jam, improper paper width setting, an open cover, or out of paper.

• Resume button and light—Easily resume a print job after loading paper.

• Ink cartridge lights—View ink levels at a glance. A steady light indicates that a cartridge needs to be replaced. In addition, when cartridges begin to run low on ink, the printer software initiates a message on your computer screen, indicating the remaining ink level, along with a recommendation to replace an ink cartridge. While the warning is occasionally repeated as ink levels continue to decrease, you can continue to print until the cartridge is completely empty. When the ink cartridge is empty, the light will blink.
