Desiccant Dehumidifier

Product Description

The MH270 desiccant dehumidifier is designed to efficientlydehumidify air. It is designed for extended periods of operationand has a common fan for both process and reactivation airflows(i.e. a three hole unit). It contains a distribution chamber withisolated sections that provide a precise balance fordehumidification, purge, reactivation, and heat recovery airflows.It is available with either a standard version or an advanced versioncontrol panel. Its rugged formed metal frame and access panels areproduced from corrosion resistant ALUZINK®. The electricalcontrol system conforms to EN 60204 (IEC204) standards and theelectrical components are assembled behind the control panel. MHSeries dehumidifiers conform to both harmonised EuropeanStandards and to CE marking specifications.

Munters Rotor Technology

The desiccant rotor is manufactured from a corrugated compositematerial that is highly effective at attracting and holding watervapour. Every Munters dehumidifier applies a unique rotortechnology. Airflows, air conditions, rotor sections, and rotorrotation speeds are optimised for specific applications. Aninnovative control system maximises the units energy efficiency. Acharacteristic of the MH Series rotor technology is two extra rotorsectors which provide high capacity, while simultaneouslyrecovering heat, thereby effectively reducing the electrical powerrequirement.
